It was terrible! Late! Box was upside down- no directions/arrows that it was a plant! Brown leaves! Expensive! Will never recommend!

Money tree I ordered arrived in pieces and was nothing like the description. I tried to bring the plant back but it was too far gone. Will not use this site again. Rather pay more for a healthy plant.

Well I got the lemon button fern & the Brazil in the coconut shell hanging thing they didn't do well in them so I repotted them both & the Brazil is doing great the lemon so so I put other plants in the coconut things & they are doing good . So everything is good !!

Plant came in a timely manner. It was a nice healthy plant. Would order again.

The orchid I ordered was in perfect condition and beautiful. You did a great job meeting my expectations!!

The plant came half dead and yellowish in color. Have tried everything, and it just isn't making it.

I ordered a heart shaped succulent arrangement. It did not look as good as the advertised version. I have a photo of it if you would like for me to send it.

Service/delivery was fine. The plant, not so much. What was ordered and what was received were not of the same quality. I ordered bamboo hearts. They showed leaves growing out of them. There wasn’t a single leaf on the plant I received. It was literally bamboo stalks formed into hearts.

Plant was upside down in box, bruised and ugly, and had bugs.

I bought two Mothers Day gifts with one being the Pink azalea plant and one the pink rose bush and both were raved about plus the shipping was right on time and I appreciated the delivery updates. I highly recommend using Plants.com and will use agin in the future.

The product arrived late and in shambles. I had to argue with customer service about it despite having sent pictures. It’s upsetting that they also don’t have a number to contact them directly, I had to go back and forth in emails with seperate people to resolve my problem. Wound not buy with them again.

I ordered am item in which I received a vastly inferior product. Upon alerting plants.com, I was happy they stepped up to replace the item. While the 2nd delivery was improved, it still did not meet the written description of the product. Additionally, my e-mail request to revise the card was unresponded to for four days without response from plants.com. Finally, once I reveived a reply, I received a follow-up VERY shortly thereafter they they had been "waiting to hear from me". It was very frustrating that I could not speak with someone verbally to rectify the situation. That being said, plants.com was able to deliver the same product in a much quicker manner and at a much better rate than the national competition.

The plant was delivered right on schedule on 5/6/2021, and my mom loves the little rose bush. She lost one of her favorites this past winter, so the one received will have a special place in her garden. She lives in Atlanta so the bush will get adequate sunlight and water. It is very healthy. She was especially pleased with the packaging. The plant could be removed from the transport box fully standing, with no damage to foliage. It has many buds.

My sister received her plant yesterday. She sent me photos and is delighted by the plant I sent. It was delivered on the exact date it was promised. Bravo!
