Great service and very satisfied with end quote for insurance

The broker I dealt with was exceptionally helpful and went to great lengths to deliver a quote tailored specifically to my needs. It was complicated but she was patient and professional and sincere in her desire to get the right product for me.

An excellent service from Jack Fortune. My needs were quite bespoke and he provided a great quote with a respected insurer, the two things I was looking for.
I will ask them to quote on my next renewal for sure.

I have taken a block of flats building insurance policy from Plan Insurance Brokers. Ryan was very professional, extremely knowledgeable and straight to the point. The quote I received was very competitive compared with many other companies contacted before.

I dealt with RYAN today i was in a desperate situation with a property about to fall through as we didn't have the correct insurance, called plan-Insurance in the morning, RYAN acted swiftly and dealt with my exact requirements within a few hours, what a fantastic guy and asset to your team, he got the job done to perfection and stuck to very tight timelines- in these times a breath of fresh air!

I called Plan for a quote to see if they could save me money on my insurance. After taking my details the sales advisor said they will respond to me later on that day. The following morning still no response. So I moved on.
Two weeks later I’m fully insured with another provider and I’m a being hammered with calls from their sales team. Still no quote sent to my email address by Plan. All other providers sent their quotes to my email address so why did Plan fail?
Poor customer service even for new business.

The customer service here has really gone down hill.
Despite numerous phone calls to them regarding my renewal there has been no response.
