I was very happy with PlanetSportBet with my accumulators, but yesterday when I went to withdraw, I went to change the place where the withdrawal was going and before I confirmed anything it’s stripped the money from my balance and now has it  pending in my account has failed withdrawal. This is approaching 24 hours no Contact and no money in the bank not good enough.

Can’t believe all the negative reviews. Won multiple times first 2 days signed ups every withdrawal was in my account within 20 mins. £100/£80/£220/£50 no issues and really good rtp

Extremely disappointing experience.
After being a successful customer and winning consistently, my account was suddenly suspended while I had a significant balance in the account. I have been waiting several days for my withdrawals to be processed and my funds remain unavailable.
I immediately provided all documents requested, including identification, bank statements and proof of income. Despite fully cooperating with their compliance checks, my account remains suspended and my withdrawals are still pending.

The timing of the suspension, immediately after a period of successful betting, is very concerning. Customers deserve clear communication, prompt reviews and timely access to their own funds.

I understand compliance checks are sometimes necessary, but keeping customers waiting with limited information and restricted access to their money is unacceptable.

Very frustrating experience and poor customer service.

I joined this company last week depositing a good amount- I never received any sign up bonus to begin with which was a let down at the very start.

There was no player protection in regards to appropriate affordability checks or account verification. The only check that was completed was a screen pop up of questions only after a loosing streak and depositing X amount.

I continued to deposit going on a down ward spiral with no human interaction or checks , if this had happened they could have known that I was postpartum and suffering depression and out of character out of control. Upon realizing my stupidity I reach out to the customer care team whom at the start were very cold and blunt I asked for a refund of my deposits from opening this account 4th and 5th of May due to my mental health crisis and that I have a 3 month baby and suffering postpartum depression and done this out of character to be told no and my account closed immediately.

There was no social responsibility checks I.e other sites I have been prompted to send ID and Bank statements then given a small deposit limit ect on this instance this didn’t happen and yes I do share some of the responsibility however at that stage I was not in my correct mind state I contacted IBAS and received this email

Absolutely do not use please 🙏. Don’t answer emails (they bounce back) they are well and truly operating illegally. Take your money and don’t pay out . I’ve got over £600 in limbo . Now closed my account (any legal operator should pay any moneys owed or left in your account) I’ve yet to see 1p . Stay away from this company, if you ask any questions about rtp win rates they immediately ask for documents i.e. bank statements etc keep you for 1 week then say we are closing your account, my advice would be don't get involved and if you are find another company.

This company told me they were closing my account due to inactivity, and that I had a balance of £3.50. Fair enough. They requested documentation, which I supplied. Then, they requested further documentation. Again, I supplied it. After a couple of days, they said they needed the bank statement from 2024 showing my deposits. I mean, really? For £3.50? I felt I was being made to jump through hoops for this paltry sum. I told them where they could stick it.

I used the platform for some weeks, made net profit on it. Withdrawals came through within 24 hours typically. Eventually, they asked for various documentation for KYC and I provided everything. They still disabled my account without a reason. Apparently, they dont like it when people win too much on their platform.

Dirty little thieves. Let me deposit. Then won a little half way through playing blocked my account with money in balance. Scum bags.
