I had Sukhdev Singh and Paul deliver my order from B&Q. They were both friendly and professional (and carried my very heavy order up the stairs for me. The notifications/ communications from PJH about my order were great and they turned up exactly when promised. Well done PJH, keep up the good work. Thank you.
Part of my order is missing
Part of my order is missing. Plus courier was very rude and had a go at me, complained he had come day before and had to go out of his way to take it to post office because I wasn't in, then he had to come back again today. If they had delivered on correct day I would have been home. There seems to be no communication between parcelforce and pjh
Poor product handling and management
Poor management, items keep getting damaged, have returned my order 5 times already waiting for the 6th delivery to take place , enfield depot seems to be having bad management, drivers are showing up with items that don't belong to me but instead delivery my items to other people, spoke to a supervisor at the depot after a driver couldn't explain what should be done if the contents are damaged , the supervisor who said his name was Night Tyler said that my order will be rebooted, has been 2 weeks and nothing has turned up

I called phj; spoke to a customer service lady, Jane. Who was very rude and felt that she had to tell me about her 30 years experience in service. Which am sure is great, but I didn’t realise why she was getting upset. All I did was explain to her, that the boiler was not working. She got very annoyed very quickly. I believe she will benefit from more training.
Had a kitchen fitted with a Prima Hood
Had a kitchen fitted by a local kitchen installer with a Prima cooker hood. 5 Months later it had broken. Contacted Prima (or rather their servicing agents) as it was still inside warranty and was initially hopeful of a speedy resolution. Au contraire! Now been without a working cooker hood fan for 7 weeks now. The servicing agent came out quickly enough, examined the cooker hood and informed me that the parts had been ordered - great, so I thought!. The last call to them (the servicing agent) gave me the added bombshell that Prima had advised them of a 13-16 WEEK delay for spare parts. Not happy with Prima's lack of essential spare parts of a cooker hood. Had I known this was going to happen I would have insisted on my installer fitting a brand that at least had a half-decent spare parts backup. No point in having a 5 year guarantee if you cannot provide spare parts.
Broken jet spa within 3 weeks
Jet spa bath bought via B&Q. Within three weeks, all jets came off. All but two were fixed but being passed between multiple people trying to teach us how to screw the jets back on when it's the bath that's broken. Two months of this and no solution. Terrible service and products.

Absolute joke of a company don't know why B&Q use them first they got the order wrong then bits were missing then they send the wrong parts eventually they sent the correct parts also sent by parcelforce with wrong tracking reference never will use them again
The careless driver!
This morning one of your drivers decided to block a whole road, stopping in the middle of it and starting unloading! There was space to park properly but he could not care less. The result of this was me late at work and very bad publicity to your company.. I would also suggest a little extra training for your staff.

Arranged a delivery of timber via B&Q
Arranged a delivery of timber via B&Q. Was given regular text updates which I appreciated giving me a time slot. However, driver turned up (Van load 113895) and was asked to pull onto the driveway to off load a lot nearer to place of use. Literally told lady on the driveway he was dumping it there, rude and abrupt. Just no need for it. If a reason such as insurance cover or whatever then fine, but no discussion, just an abrupt No, dumped it, and drove off. B&Q need to look at these reviews and consider other delivery options, and PJH needs to have a word with all their drivers by the look of these reviews!!
Prima cooker extended warranty.
Purchased a Prima oven and took out the “free” extended warranty. After 18 months the element went in the cooker and needed replacing. No problem I thought, as will be covered by the extended warranty.
Two week wait time for the appointed engineer to attend. New element required was the diagnosis.
Now, I am told the element is currently not in stock ... with no estimate as to how long the wait will be.
I would have thought that an element is classed as an essential/key spare so seems a bit ridiculous that there is now a delay waiting for a replacement element to come back in stock.
Not sure how long it’s going to take to finally get the job completed.
Not a good experience so far.

Delivery fine but drivers need to watch their "banter".
Delivery was fine went off without a hitch but the reason for the low score is a comment the delivery driver made to my partner. I tend to do all the DIY stuff in the house and my partner is fine with that as I enjoy it and hates it. He knows I'm perfectly capable as a woman of doing this stuff so he leaves me to it...which brings me to our delivery earlier. I was checking the items in the box as it was an exchange and as I was opening it the delivery driver made a comment to my partner asking if he was just going to stand there and let me do it and we both said yes as I'm the one who normally does it all. To which the delivery driver said something to the effect of "so she's the smart one and you're thick as pigs**t to my partner." (The thick as pigs**t part being a direct quote) Quite frankly this is unacceptable. Not only was he insulting my partner to his face but he was also being sexist by implying that I, as a woman, am incapable of checking a few boxes. Which is a shame really because until that point the guys were very helpful and probably would have gotten a 5 star review. Not good enough really.

Worst company to ever use ,there is some one called Nate Taylor, he is extremely rude and intolerant, when I told him that no driver showed up at my house he insisted that the drivers delivered my shower head and taps and I accepted the delivery, rude person who did not help but argued and did not fix the issue ,had to run around for my refund for a month

Bought a 760x760 Cooke & Lewis Onega Square Clear Shower Shower enclosure from PHJ throught B&Q and on assembley found parts were manufactured wrong and not lining up correctly this was over a week ago and still no response from PHJ. still no date set when I will receive the correct parts or admittance of failure in supplying an intact item this is beyond a joke at this stage hightly unprofessional quick to take my money and bury their heads in the sand will not be buying any products off PHJ again worst purchasing experience to date
Cheerful Delivery Guys
Two lovely delivery guys named Mehmet and Yusuf just delivered my new bathroom suit on behalf of B&Q. Very friendly and cheerful delivery guys. Took time to tell me about their eventful day during storm Eunice yesterday when I asked how their day had gone. Phone call received approx 45 mins before delivery. I'm now about to check the contents to make sure all is OK 🤞 They've brightened my day!
