Beware
Beware - there is no email regarding dispatch or delivery.
If you want to check your delivery status they force you to download some sort of shopping app. Once downloaded it said delivery due 1st of September (ordered in June). Then it just takes you to their shop to buy more but no option to recheck tracking.
Emailed customer services regarding the order and no response.

Hi Adam,
I responded to your email earlier, your order is due for delivery 16th - 17th June. Our email address hello@pitlaneprints.co.uk is on our website in multiple places as well as a contact form. The Shop app is standard to Shopify and you are not forced to download it at any point. Your tracking will be sent to you via email once the print has been despatched.
Just to be totally transparent as this is visible to everyone - you emailed just before 8am yesterday and then left this review just before 9pm so way less than 24 hours after emailing us you've left a really bad review. It is just me, Emma, we don't have a customer service department, all prints are designed by me, I manage the shop, I manage the customer service so I do apologise for taking more than 13 hours to get back to you :)

My print arrived with creases in the paper. I would suggest rolling the prints in a cylindrical package instead of just layer against a thin piece of cardboard.

Simply lovely Pit Lane Prints , I honestly don't know what to say anymore , I'm bursting with praise !
Really , every time I think about wanting to say how lucky I am to be able to shop in this beautiful store , there are no adequate words to express it , because it is something truly great ; What I feel is gratitude , grateful for having been able to find just the store that brings me closest to my passion , F1 ! Because the prints , each one of them is unique , each one has its own story and my happiness is equal or even more when I buy them ! I think that not everyone would understand me because I am a very sensitive and emotional person , that is what it transmits to me !
The service is amazing ! Very fast shipping , very well protected with tact and care !
Communication is brilliant and effective !
And the prints come out very regularly and for important occasions , it's just a matter of days ! Even the same day ! For example , Senna's print was released on 1st May to commemorate the date of his death in that unfortunate accident in 1994 .
I can only say that Pit Lane Prints will continue to surprise me in a pleasant way , I am a great admirer of their professionalism , knowledge and the love with which they do it !
When I think about the store , I sigh , I sigh for all the good things they have given me , I sigh because there are so many nice things that it is impossible to say it all at once ! Because Pit Lane Prints is like family to me and they are part of my life !
This wonderful adventure will continue , we still have magical moments to live !

Not real art - beware
This is not real hand made art. I ordered a Lando print and realised it was simply a special effect applied to a photograph. Likely photoshop or even an app. It was too late to return as it was for a gift but I was a little embaressed giving it.

It's a shame to read your review especially when you haven't contacted us prior to writing it.
We do not claim, anywhere, that our prints are 'hand made art'. We do claim they are designed in Liverpool (by me, Emma) and that they are digitally drawn so yes, we use Photoshop, but there is categorically no 'app' used. All our artwork is meticulously designed by myself, the Lando print your ordered for example took approximately 5 hours to create so your title 'not real art' is false.
Of course, everyone is entitled to their opinion, although leaving a 2 star review on a small business' TrustPilot probably isn't the best way to express it. If you had reached out to us, we could have sorted this for you.
