Outstanding quality for picture that means a lot to me.

First delivery of my item was damaged in transit, that is purely the drivers fault not pit lane prints. I contacted pit lane prints , they were ever so accomodating they apologised and sent out another print straight away, the new print arrived in perfect condition and my husband is very happy with his gift. So I would order from them again without a doubt as the service is impeccable.

wrong products arrived , had frames when I requested no frames, sent email, no response. this place is a scam

The print i ordered was a gift for my husband. But unfortunately the delivery driver had allowed the package to get bent and the outer packaging was covered in some oil which I'm sure this is all down to the driver and not pit lane prints fault. But still I've been left with an un usable gift. Which is such a Shame. And I am waiting a reply on email 📨 from pit lane prints about how to resolve this. ( Update I have heard from the company they are sending me out another print and have been excellent with communication about this issue, the print it's self is good quality the problem was the delivery driver not handling the parcel instructions)

very happy the lovely man Phil who we spoke to is lovely even had a call to check we had re never it as they came out while I was at work but in the end delivered it in my break so I was happy its for ny sister she will be as happy as we are with ours we have had for 6 years.

When I received my order the print in the frame was unfortunately the incorrect print. I contacted them and they sent me the correct print right away free of charge. That is top notch customer care.

Quality of print is great, first delivery was damaged in transit, however the company dealt with the issue very well and replaced the item very quickly, I would use Pit Lane Prints again
