It took a little while for the order to be sent (presumably because the shelf had to be made and stained). I did email once to check the status and got a very quick response from Beth with an update, and shortly after the order was sent and quickly arrived.

I'm really happy with the shelf and the fact I was able to have it cut to a specific size, meaning it fits perfectly on the ledge I ordered it for. It's thick and sturdy and looks beautiful! I'll be ordering a pot of the same wax colour so I can make a mirror frame to match.

Website said "Want this tomorrow? Order by ..." I chose the 2-3 day delivery, and nearly 2 weeks later it arrived. Size was slightly smaller than ordered but will do the job.
Would I buy from them again, No.

Ordered reclaimed timber table and bench. Great quality, going to order and other bench to match.

Don’t use this company !! Scammers, my order was apparently sent out 10 days ago, still waiting, no response from their customer service. No tracking updates. Luckily I’m covered so I’ll get my money back.

I highly recommend Pipe Dream. I’ve just received a beautiful shelf for my hallway and can’t fault the quality. Their customer service and communication has been excellent throughout the process - I had lots of questions before going ahead with the order which they were quick to answer. They have so many lovely products and I’m sure I’ll order from them again.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Everything about them is shocking. Placed order on July 26th. After waiting well past the intended delivery date I contacted their absolutely useless customer service team who repeatedly stated it was a problem with the courier and they would chase it. Each time I would not hear back from the company with any update. After the 3rd time questioning where my order was or why I wasn't being provided a tracking number I was told 'you have never asked for your tracking number'.
Tracking showed pipedreams had never even sent the item.
They then sent out the order again and I requested partial refund as in line with consumer rights act as they had put back the delivery date twice. They refused and offered £6 back for delivery which would be with me within 7 working days. I still don't have this.
I finally got my items which are damaged, poorly made with scratches and indentations on every single bar and shelves with all different length bars which means they can't be drilled to the wall as some of the bars don't reach.
I have now contacted pipedreams over 15 times via phone and email. I have been promised call backs each time. But not once have they called back when they said, offered a refund or a replacement, offered any good will gesture of professionalism, and still haven't even managed to refund the £6 for postage charges.
I am still no closer to getting the issues resolved.

Absolutely shocking company. I genuinely wish I had never placed an order with Pipe Dream Furniture.

I ordered a shelf from Pipe Dream Furniture and I still haven't received it.

The most frustrating part is that I have been told by Pipe Dream Furniture that the item has been sent and is out for delivery. However, when I contacted FedEx directly, they told me they have never received the parcel. So either the item was never dispatched in the first place, or I am being given completely inaccurate information.

Trying to contact this company is an absolute nightmare. They don't answer the phone and they don't respond to emails. Once they have your money, you seem to be completely on your own.

I've been left chasing them repeatedly just to find out where an item I have already paid for actually is. There is no proper communication, no explanation and seemingly no interest whatsoever in resolving the problem.

At this stage, I honestly feel like I have been scammed. I have paid for something I haven't received and can't get a response from the company to resolve it.

This is not how a legitimate, reputable business should treat its customers. Things can go wrong with deliveries — that's understandable. What is completely unacceptable is ignoring your customer and apparently giving them false information about whether their order has even been dispatched.

I would strongly advise anyone thinking of ordering from Pipe Dream Furniture to stay well clear. Based on my experience, once they have your money, don't expect anyone to answer the phone or reply to your emails.

The worst customer service experience I've had in a very long time. Absolutely disgraceful.

I ordered a clothes rail Order #1553679 on the 15/08/2026. It was sent via FedEx. I felt something was off when I checked the FedEx tracking. A label was created on 17/08. I left it a few days as I thought they may need time to make the clothes rail. Strange that a label would be created a few days before though. I emailed the company on the 19/08. A person named Oliwia. They were very dismissive of my email. I needed to wait and be patient. When I pointed out the tracking they repeated the exact same thing. I’ve not sent another email, today is the 24th August. No response. I’m not holding out hope. This company feels like a scam.

Ordered some shelves, nearly 3 weeks later, still nothing.

Chase for an update and given 2 possible dates for delivery, both dates have passed and still nothing.

Arrived today and I’m over the moon with them

Ordered a Rail from them on the Thursday 13th August was told would be ready by friday the 21st called Thursday 20th to confirm then was told it would be Monday the 24th but was told to check FEDEX tracking when checking they have not received the item,it seems they chat rubbish to get you to buy as the other reviews have similar issues.Jokers

The handrail looks nice and as described. The order however took longer than expected to arrive. It was only after chasing my order 8 days later, that I heard from them and my order arrived the following day. Could improve on customer service and communication.

I have now received my order,after complaining,but both chairs I ordered has one leg shorter than the other 3,so are very wobbly.would not order from them again.

If I could give zero star I would. It’s been 8 days now since I placed my order and it’s still not with the carrier. I didn’t order anything big or hard to make, just a small rectangular piece of wood. The delivery said 2-3 working days. Clearly this is false advertising if not theft as I paid £5.95 for nothing! I’m fuming! I called several times but never had a good explanation or apology. I was first told it will arrive Monday, I called a few days later and she said latest Wednesday and that it left the warehouse that day. How can you trust these people?? This is not professional at all and I do not recommend this website. Now I’m really apprehensive to see the quality in view of this poor service… very much disappointed and gutted !
If I don’t see anything today Tuesday by the end of the day, I will make a formal complain to my bank.

We bought a table recently from pipe dream furniture, and were not disappointed. Looks stylish and well made, good quality. And fair prices . Happy to recommend this company. And a smooth delivery

Ordered a shelf which should have been delivered earlier this week. No issue with the order process, but delivery is now 2 days overdue and I've received zero updates or responses to emails.

Will update if and when they respond, but the service so far has been incredibly poor.

Update — 18/08/26: Pipe Dream Furniture's reply below is a textbook example of what they're doing to every unhappy customer here: acknowledge nothing, apologise for how you feel rather than what they did, and quietly imply the customer is the one who dropped the ball.

Trustpilot did send me a link asking for more information on their behalf. It returned an error, so I couldn't use it. Regardless, this review already states the order date, 08/08/26, and the delivery timeframe I paid for. That shouldn't be hard to match up. Unless, of course, the real issue is that they've had so many orders go out late from that period that they can't tell which one this is without a case number, which would be a fairly damning admission in itself.

Their own staff confirmed by email that this order would be delivered by 17/08/26 at the latest. On the 17th, once it had gone 3pm with no dispatch notification at all, I emailed to ask if it was still coming. I've had no reply and no order since. What I have had in that time is a reply to this public review, so they clearly have the capacity to respond, just not to the actual customer waiting on the actual item.

I ordered on 08/08/26 and paid for 2-3 day delivery. It is now 18/08/26. Ten days. When I pushed back, I was told the order "only entered production on the Monday," a detail invented after the fact, never mentioned at checkout, and irrelevant to the delivery promise I paid for. When I pointed that out, I got a canned line about my feedback being "passed to the directors for review." This isn't new. Another reviewer, Patrick, posted in July describing the exact same 2-3 day promise broken by 9 days, and when he asked about refunding the delivery charge he'd paid for a service they hadn't delivered, he was told "we don't offer free postage." Today, another reviewer, ordering on 10 August, described 8 days waiting with no dispatch and a moving goalpost of delivery dates given over the phone. That review got a reply within 2 hours arranging an immediate replacement with tracking. I've been polite, patient, and given them since the 13th to sort this out through the proper channels, and got nothing but apologies and silence. It seems the fastest way to get this company to actually act is to embarrass them publicly first.

This is a company that knows exactly what it's doing: take the order, miss the promised date, then manage the complaint with just enough sympathy-sounding language to avoid ever admitting fault. Don't mistake their tone for good customer service. It's damage control.

Easy to use website, fast delivery, great customer service too as well as fabulous products

We ordered a garden table that we wanted sent to Portugal, never an easy thing from the UK.
The carrier did not do there job but the staff at Pipe Dream went the extra mile to help resolve the issues and ensure our table arrived. I always judge a company by the way they deal with things that don't go according to plan and they did a great job Thankyou.

Ordered a stair rail on 9th June. The clamps for the rail were supplied with unsuitable fittings (small plastic washers to secure an m4 screw in a 10mm hole). I have been in contact since 24th June and appropriate
fittings are yet to be supplied.

There have been delays due to annual leave and issues sending small parts from the warehouse. The customer service is unresponsive and full of excuses. This company is best avoided.
