Very disappointed with my experience with Pinoy Tourism, particularly with Aubrey Abad who handled my booking. I expected proper coordination, responsibility, and assistance, but unfortunately, I was left to deal with the consequences of an issue that could have been avoided with proper handling.
This experience caused me unnecessary stress and financial difficulty, especially during a time when I was already struggling. I trusted the agency to take care of my booking, but I feel very let down by the way my concern was handled.
I hope Pinoy Tourism takes this feedback seriously and improves its customer service and accountability.

I am writing this review to warn others about my experience with Pinoy Tourism regarding a payment made for airline tickets processed by their agent. We paid AED3,750/- for ticket(s) to Philippines, but the tickets were never properly issued/confirmed, and despite repeated attempts to follow up, we have not received a refund or a satisfactory explanation.

Our attempts to reach their manager were met with delays, vague answers, and a general lack of ACCOUNTABILITY. This is not how a licensed travel agency should treat paying customers, especially with something as important as travel arrangements.

I strongly urge the UAE authorities (such as the Department of Economy and Tourism or the relevant consumer protection body) to look into this company's practices, as I believe other customers may be at risk of the same treatment.

I would not recommend Pinoy Tourism to anyone and hope this review helps others avoid the same experience.

This agency is a big scam. They have not returned my airline refund. The airline has confirmed that the refund was already sent to its partner agency, but this agency keeps claiming that they have not received it.

So, either the airline is incorrect or this agency is not being honest. Based on my experience, I would not recommend using their services.

I have also seen many complaints from people here in Dubai about this agency. I hope this issue is seen by Dubai authorities and a big penalty is imposed on this kind of agency.

Worst Agency, hinding hindi nko magtitiwala ulit sa agency nato, d na nabalik pera ko, angdami nilang alibay na sasabihin para lang d nila mabalik yung pera mo, maraming pangluluko, mnga kawatan.
