I had the pleasure of working with Luis Perez from Pinnacle Foundation Repair for a foundation inspection on a home I'm in the process of buying, and I couldn't be more impressed. Luis was quick, thorough, and extremely accurate in his assessment. What really stood out was how clearly he explained everything--his explanations were concise, easy to follow, and especially helpful for a first-time home buyer like me. He took the time to make sure I understood the condition of the foundation and what, if anything, needed attention. I highly recommend Luis to anyone needing a foundation inspection. He's professional, knowledgeable, and truly great to work with!

I requested Pinnacle Foundation to perform an inspection of my foundation. Prior to choosing this company, I did my research to ensure I chose a reputable company. I received excellent customer service from beginning to end. I received a message on Friday to confirm appointment for Monday. I received a message on Sunday from the inspector as well. On Monday, I was opening my door to await his arrival, and he arrived right on time (a few minutes early). The inspector provided education on ways to prevent foundation problems. He was thorough and not in a hurry. The end result was no foundation problem, and I was not charged a dime for this valuable information. Although I attempted to provide money for his time and awesome service, it was declined. I can't think of a time in my ? years of life that I have received excellent service. My inspector was John Campbell. Thank you Pinnacle. I will recommend you to anyone that will hear.

Had another great experience working with Pinnacle Foundation Repair. Definitely a team of professionals and knowledgeable individuals who truly take pride in what they do. I would like to take a moment to thank the team, specifically Yvette, Marcos, Victor, and Luis. From working diligently to get us scheduled taking our circumstances into consideration, to managing the project and great crew, to constant communication, they made the experience seamless and stress free.

We have not yet used Pinnacle Foundation but we do want to mention Grant Gunderson. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and was thorough in explaining any issues. We were impressed with his honesty and experience of the business. Grant’s friendly and courteous demeanor made the estimate process much easier.

There is a reason Pinnacle has 5 stars. Their customer service is fantastic - prompt and ready to answer any questions. The foundation repair experience went much more smoothly than I could have ever imagined -- truly seamless! I only wish they had other services to provide--I would be a loyal customer! We hired Pinnacle Foundation Repair to stabilize our foundation after a Structural Engineer from CCM Engineering determined that our foundation was drooping in the front and rear. Keith Karpp came to our home, took measurements and proposed a solution to install 20 double wall steel piers. Keith's recommendation was identical to the recommendation of our structural engineer.
I decided to go with Pinnacle due to the professionalism and honesty demonstrated by Keith. He answered all of my questions and made me feel confident that Pinnacle will fix our problem.
The crew that came on site was fantastic, very efficient, courteous and professional. Shout out to Jose Pineda Operations and Ishmeal Crew leader they both put my mind at ease. Shout out to Kristen Cenkus Office Administrator for keeping my informed and coordinating follow up services.

We are very happy with the surveying and quote we got from Pinnacle. Jacob was on time, very communicative, and polite. He also was very knowledgeable. Definitely recommend their service!

No one wants foundation work done, but I am glad I chose Pinnacle. I am happy with the whole process and the results. Kristen was incredibly helpful with scheduling and finding a good time for an appointment. She was friendly and helped ease my concerns right from the beginning. Great customer service! Luis Perez was punctual, explained what he would be doing, listened to our concerns, and walked the property with us. He then took measurements inside and showed us where movement was occurring. He sat with us, thoroughly explained the repair plan, and addressed all our questions.

On the day of the repair, Marcos in Operations called to discuss some details and communicated very well throughout the whole process. The crew arrived on time and was very respectful. They made sure to clean everything up after the work was done.

I am extremely pleased with the results. The large crack in our brick has closed up, and we can now close our back door without any trouble. Several smaller cracks have closed up and looks much better. Overall, the experience was seamless! I highly recommend Pinnacle's services!

These guys understand it’s not fun to spend money on a foundation… But they made the process easy to understand, and helped me not only with cost savings - but also with thinking through strategy to stabilize the house in the least invasive way. I’ve used them on multiple projects… I highly recommend these guys!

I called Pinnacle b/c I was concerned I had foundation issues. Buckling tile and a few small cracks made me fear the worst. But I was pleasantly surprised to find that Jason Cunningham with Pinnacle Foundation Repair told me that we were within tolerance. It is refreshing to find a company and people that are honest and genuinely care for their customers. I am grateful that I didn't have to use them, but I know who I'll call if I ever need foundation work in the future!

Grant was extremely punctual, professional, and even early! Even though we found out it wasnt the foundation that was the problem. He helped us by pointing out the faults in the irrigation. Thank you for sending out your best!!

I recently gave Pinnacle five stars for their service, so I now give them one star with some ambivalence. Before they "earned" my business, Pinnacle's personnel were courteous and professional. But after they got paid, they pretty much forgot we existed. To be sure, this is a pattern with most service providers. They'll do anything to get your business; after they do, their level of service collapses. I had a sinkhole appear around one of the pillars they installed. After reporting it twice, I am still waiting for someone to respond. I had to go ahead and fix it myself. I could not wait forever. I am highly disappointed more than anything else because I thought I had finally found a company that was reliable and responsive. But it was too good to be true. I recommend that Pinnacle improve its after-service quality and be as reliable and professional as possible after getting paid. I hope they read this and respond with a legitimate justification for their behavior. Thanks!

Pinnacle promptly responded to the above review, and after speaking with the general manager on the phone, they recognized their mistake. I was satisfied with their honest desire to make things right. But explained that they can do that best by being responsive to future customers needing help after the service. I think this was a great learning experience for both of us. I changed the review to reflect Pinnacle's honest desire to improve. Thanks!

My wife and I are first time home buyers and while we fell in love with a home in Carrollton, it was in need of significant foundation repair. We received multiple bids from our agent and broker, but we first thought of Pinnacle because they also completely redid the foundation at my in-laws house in Brookhaven.

We called Pinnacle and were quickly paired with Jacob who came out to the house to measure. He gave me the good, bad, and ugly and was very clear in not only explaining the issues, but also articulating Pinnacles method for repair from an engineering perspective. We got the house under contract and insisted to use Pinnacle to repair the foundation. The seller agreed, and Pinnacle did the work last week, the process took about 2-3 days. Jacob even came out a few days later and walked the property with me again. Furthermore, he even noticed an area that was still needing some work and offered a very generous solution.

The whole process from start to finish with Pinnacle has been awesome. They are honest, knowledgeable of their craft, and effective at their work. It is worth noting in my profession I work with many top DFW contractors and Pinnacle has been great.

We will be sure to use Pinnacle for any foundation needs moving forward, and we will be sure to recommend them to all our friends who are beginning their home buying process here in North Dallas.

Strongly recommend Pinnacle! I had a complicated foundation repair and Pinnacle performed brilliantly from start to finish! My project included working in some tight areas, and significant tunneling. I had 8 vendors come out during my due diligence, plus an independent engineer out to the house for their opinions. Ultimately, I chose Pinnacle because their recommendation of (16) steel piers most closely matched the recommendation of the engineering firm. I have a 4800ft house directly on a golf course in Frisco that is notorious for the clay soil and water table deep below the surface (I live on a creek on the golf course). From the beginning, Pinnacle offered fantastic consulting and advice, and brought out their best expert for an eyes-on view. They assured me of their strategy, and I was very concerned that the project would really blow up my outdoor landscaping and potentially cause unintended damage to my pool/deck/outdoor kitchen area. When the process started I admit -- it looked like hell on earth! It's a big job! But their team was incredibly talented and mindful. It took (4) days to finish, but down to re-installing the flagstone path, and concrete wall/borders -- it was hard to tell they were even there!! The lift event itself is amazing, I stood in the home as it was lifted and began to see the small gaps zipper up right then and there. Truly incredible feat, considering all the factors their team had to contend with. Pinnacle are truly THE experts!
