Like most people, I was not familiar with foundation repairs and the process that was involved and was apprehensive to engage in something like this, so I interviewed 6 DFW foundation repair companies and did my own research on the subject so I would be an informed consumer.

The CEO/Owner of Pinnacle Foundation Repair, Robby Brown, came out to do an inspection on a Saturday morning and reviewed the independent engineering study I paid to have done. In his assessment, he didn't believe we needed as many piers as was previously suggested by the engineering company and the other 5 foundation companies and said they could produce the same leveling results using better quality materials, fewer piers, less disruption for us which would be less costly.

His level of honesty and integrity along with his professionalism and approach convinced me Pinnacle was my best choice to perform this foundation repair work. How many home services companies do you know that put the customer first not their own financial interests or gain? Well, Pinnacle did!

Everyone at Pinnacle exceeded my expectations throughout this process, from Kristen in their office, who keep me informed of everything in the process and got me scheduled for this work in a timely manner, to Hunter who was on site to manage my project and answer my many questions and all of my follow up questions even after the work was complete days later.

The many workers who were on site were focused on getting my project done right and with as little disruption to our life and our house as possible. I had thought this project would take 3-4 days, but they were done in 2 days just in time to beat the heavy rains on day 3 that produced some short sink holes which they immediately addressed and came out on a Saturday to fill in. Service beyond expectation and follow through until I was a satisfied customer with all their work. Just a tremendous team effort.

From start to finish, Pinnacle and their entire staff, exceeded my expectations and I could not be more pleased with their work and the positive results they produced.

Needing foundation repair is a daunting and stressful situation to be in, but Robby, Jacob, and Miguel at Pinnacle explained everything to me, addressed all my concerns, and made me feel confident I chose the right company. I had 5 estimates for foundation repair and an independent Engineer come out before choosing Pinnacle. I had 23 total piers with 5 being inside the interior of my house, which was the most concerning to me due to potential cosmetic damage. Robby and Jacob from Pinnacle used a GPR to determine the exact locations to place the piers so that I got the most out of the lift and did not incur unnecessary damage or cost. The crew was excellent and hardworking, even with intermittent rain. They finished in 3 days right on time and cleaned up better than it was before they started. I highly recommend Pinnacle for foundation repair and am very satisfied with my experience.

Jacob did an amazing job explaining the process I needed. He explained the steel pier advantage over traditional cement and took all my concerns and stress away. Our evaluator was prompt and professional. Even though the measurements he took did not indicate that a repair would be warranted, Nate took the time to address questions, provide water drainage advice, and suggest a monitoring strategy for our foundation. I think it speaks volumes about this organization's honesty and integrity to acknowledge that costly repairs weren't needed. I would definitely recommend to anyone. Hopefully I won't need their services, but if I do I'm confident I can rely on them.

Pinnacle Foundation Repair did a great job on our house. They raised our house 3 inches. The workers were very knowledgeable of their jobs and worked hard to get the job done. They were very polite and even placed some of the extra dirt in low places in my yard. I was greatly pleased with the work they did. Pinnacle Foundation Repair technician Jacob came by and investigated our (my wife and I) foundation concerns. He was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. After his investigation it was determined that the foundation had moved but from center of the home to the furthest point was less than one inch. Therefore no repair was needed as the minimum requirement was 1". Saving us 8000.00; thanks Pinnacle.

Homeowners, this is important info. When you get a foundation inspected you need someone you can trust to make objective and accurate assessments. First, you need a professional who is experienced, not some salesman. Second, you need an expert who works on a salary basis—not commission based. Think about it... A foundation repair can be very expensive and you want someone who is not financially motivated to make repairs you may not need.
We used Nate Bersch at Pinnacle Foundation Repair. Pinnacle is one of the few foundation repair companies that has salaried employees doing repair assessments. We were impressed! Bersch’s assessment was very thorough, professional, and honest: we received a “no issues” report from Bersch on our foundation. And, folks, this laser-based, comprehensive assessment was without charge. Amazing! I am confident other commission-based appraisers would have wanted thousands of dollars to “fix” a nonexistent problem. Thank you Pinnacle.
