Can’t find much good to say other than…
Can’t find much good to say other than Customer Service was friendly and helpful. Purchased graded coins and after receipt of package, noticed the coin holders’ labels were totally different from that in eBay listing. NGC info was correct, but label picture design totally different. Now I get to send them back.
Also, in regards to the above referenced order, I ordered 10 coins. I figured I would receive back in a plastic coin case that typically hold 20 coins, but are also available that holds 10 coins. No big expense, right? Well I was wrong in thinking Pinehurst would send coins in a useful to the buyer hard plastic case. I’ve never had 10 coins sent to me without some sort of divided compartment case/box. Even a cardboard holder would have been useful. The fact that each coin was bagged and dumped into a large envelope with nothing to hold them in place, is lazy and cheap. And these coins weren’t cheap. Not that it should matter. Management needs to re-examine their shipping protocol when shipping coins in quantity.

I have bought several coins from the seller in the past and have not been disappointed by any quality issues. I currently have 2 items that will be shipped next month when they are in inventory. The items are shipped out quickly and the items are very well protected. This is my east coast go to seller. Any one who purchases coins from this seller will not be disappointed.

The us mint sold out on these coins and you took advantage of the people that have for years bought these coins. You basically doubled you price and you want me to be grateful? Really, you are just another company taking advantage of the so called rona virus. Can’t you people see that if you keep feeding on this mentality, our country will go to hell in a hand basket. I think we’re pretty much there already. Your part of the problem and not the solution! Glad to get this coin since it’s the last of the series but not too happy with the way Americans are acting! Dog eat dog! Shame on you!
