From my first order with pinch and fold I can already tell I’m going to be a repeat customer.

Firstly, it’s so hard to find unique designs these days, especially at a more affordable price. The earrings they offer are divine. I have been wearing my huggies almost everyday since I got them. Happy to report I haven’t had any issues with hinges and tarnishing as with most huggie hoops I’ve had in the past.

Secondly, I love their personal attention to detail which carries through everything. From their packaging to their communication, I can tell they really put their soul into this business. As a small business owner my self, I’m so happy to be supporting such a wonderful brand.

I usually never bother with writing reviews with any of my online purchases, but your high level of service and the quality of the earrings i purchased really motivated me to do my first ever review! I was looking for some piercings to swap into my healed cartilage and as it’s quite a personal experience, I was reluctant at first to shop online. I’ve had a few close friends recommend you to me and thought I would have a browse. I chatted to Sam from live chat to ask for some recommendations. Wat followed was an hour long journey of Sam patiently explaining to me the pros and cons of each style you offered and a beautiful stack recommendation for my ears. I love your level of professionalism and I haven’t even started about how gorgeous the pieces look when I opened them. I’be booked an appointment with my local piercer to help me swap them in, I’m so excited!!

I’m am soooooo glad I found pinch and fold! I’ve honestly been looking for a store that sells their type of piercings (not too out there but not too plain) forever now. It’s always either too pricey or the quality was never up to standard. Pinch and fold ticks all the right boxes for me, I just don’t understand how I didn’t know about them before. And OMG their packaging! Too cute! A tiny jar with my name on the top and a hand written note on an adorable card?! Are you kidding me?? 🥰❤️😍

I’ve been waiting for their Black Friday sale to get my presents sorted for Christmas from them. Everything came so quick and I’m so pleased with their gift packaging. I’ve shopped several times with pinch and fold before but I’ve never bought gifts. Glad to say this times shopping experience was just as perfect.

I ordered on Monday morning, around 10am/pre afternoon time. Within the hour, I realised I'd accidentally ordered silver on one set of earrings. My mistake. I emailed them (you can't cancel the order at all, and they suggest to email them for this) to change it to gold. 4 days later/Thursday, I've still heard nothing and they have just sent out the order.

I understand that this is my mistake initially, however I've had similar issues in the past with other companies from time to time, it happens. And first, most allow you to cancel an order on their site, this place does not have that feature and you need to email them (which is fine if they respond!) - and most places will have the issue dealt with before an order is sent out. This is the first time I've just been ignored for now 4 days by the customer service of a supposedly reputable company.

I've emailed again and now dm'ed on insta, to try and get someone. Asked their returns policy on unopened unworn earrings. Will see how that goes, but right now I am not a happy customer.

Beautiful product, beautiful packaging, very high quality and the personalisation was such a nice touch. Will be ordering frequently now as so many beautiful pieces, highly recommend!

Beautiful jewellery, the package was shipped in fantastic packaging which was great considering it went from New Zealand to the UK. Brilliant customer service too as they had accidentally sent me a wrong pair of earrings instead of one the ones I ordered but responded very quickly to my email and sent me the missing earring whilst generously letting me keep the ones the sent by mistake even though I offered to return them. Highly recommend and will definitely look to purchase from Pinch & Fold again in the future.

I’ve done plenty of online shopping, from small stores to bigger luxury brands and I can honestly say my experience with pinch and fold was truly one of a kind. The packaging was so personal and customised and the products in real life are beyond my expectations. What really makes it for me is the affordability versus the design and quality. I highly recommend trying them out if you haven’t already.

Can’t thank Sam and the team at pinch and fold enough. After accidentally making a duplicate order I reached out to see if they can cancel one of the orders. Sam sprung into action and the issue was resolved and order refunded in no time. I’ve order from pinch and fold before and have also been happy with my orders. To see how efficient they are at problem solving proves why they are one of my favourite jewellery brand.

Easiest online shopping I’ve done all year. The hardest thing I had to do was choosing the right piercing from their huge collection 😂

I bought the clover and labyrinth piercing and I’m so obsessed with them. I only wish I knew they personalised their packaging sooner as I also bought something for my sister. Would’ve been cute to have the packaging customised to her instead of me.

Poor quality products and the worst customer service experience ! Do not recommend spend your coin elsewhere!
Long story short i’ve received faulty product reach out to them and refund was refused. After more than 2 weeks another peace was sent which was faulty again. When i complained I've been accused that i don’t know how to put a earring on and this never happened before.. all very unprofessional and unhelpful regarding the situation! The buzzare part is that the earrings had missing gem stones nothing to do with the way you put a erring on ?! After spending so much time and nerves fighting for my rights and been asked to send more pics to prove my word when i did send pics in a first place.. In the end i got partial refund not a full refund which is ridiculous!

I love my Pinch and fold earrings! They came in very cute packaging with a personal card and jar. I feel like I've stepped up my earring game. The ONLY reason I gave it a 4 out of 5 star is because I had to pay border fees on top of my purchase and I was not expecting that.

This is my 3rd order with this company and what I admire the most is their consistency. Good communications as always and reliable shipping. My only suggestions are to make some of the sterling silver piercings into solid rose gold, such as the pixie. Also if the filter on the website can be tweaked so it’s easier to find jewellery made from specific materials. Otherwise keep up the great work ❤️

Best purchase ever! I’ve been searching endlessly for the right conch hoop. Something simple but not plain. I’m so glad to come across the Isla Hoop. It’s a little pricey as it’s solid gold but I cannot be happier. Looks and fits perfectly and I’ve had it in for almost 2 months now without any irritations. Excited to see what’s to come next for my other piercings!

Don’t buy earrings from here- got myself a. Daith earring (I have an average ear size) and this earring is far too large it has caused my ear to bleed- specifically referring to the crystal silver hoop, so pointy it tears the skin. Delivery was also much longer than expected and no reply from the company when I raised the health and safety issue.

My daughter needed a set of jewellery quickly for her formal. I remember a colleague mentioning pinch and fold by chance. I was so impressed by the range you carry and even more by the quick delivery and cute packaging. What a fantastic business. I’m now eyeing some huggies out for myself and I’m sure my daughter will also be buying from you again very soon.

This brand has the biggest range of huggies and piercings that I absolutely swoon over and at the most affordable prices. I’m yet to be disappointed by their quality and service. The new labyrinth huggies I bought gets plenty of compliments and arrived before an event I was going to, as promised by their online team. I really cannot find a single fault and will continue to be a loyal customer 🙏

Honestly so happy with my order. I’ve bought from bigger and more reknown brands before for almost double the prices and the quality of the products just doesn’t compare to pinch and fold’s. I haven’t had any problems with discolouring and I’ve been wearing them in the shower. The plating looks as shiny as when I first put them on.
