I ordered a rook ring and a cartilage stud recently, both have arrived with stones missing. I’ve emailed the company twice weeks ago to request a refund and heard absolutely nothing back. I’mjust so disappointed as I was really excited for these pieces, they took ages to arrive and now the company won’t even respond so I can get a refund. I would never ever order from here again.

I bought two pair of earrings for a total of £80 although they look really pretty, I am 100% sure the quality is not what they claim it to be. Within just a couple of weeks they started to leave green marks, I have other silver plated with gold, and within the same time, they didn't leave any mark. Way too expensive for something just pretty with no quality

Always high quality jewellery. Have ordered multiple earrings and worn them all day everyday for a year and still look brand new.

I had to pay a lit if shipping taxes that i didn't expect. But after i get in touch with thé customer support they refund me all.

Purchased an earring from Pinch and Fold on the 28th May. Item arrived 5th June because of customs (totally fine). However, item is faulty and doesn't actually stay done up. Tried to get in touch with their team to resolve this several times and had no luck. Some emails simply bounce back from their recommended contact email addresses. Wouldn't recommend.

I don’t agree with any of the positive reviews, these items are terrible quality and a waste of money. It is false advertisement. My brother got me 2 pieces of jewellery a ring and a helix piercing. The ring was claimed to be sterling silver and the image online had a 925 engraving. When it arrived it doesn’t have the 925 engraving instead a P &F engraving so its clearly fake. I wore the ring one day and it has already rusted a bit and my finger has gone green which cannot happen with sterling silver. The website claims to have high quality jewellery which is untrue. The helix piercing kept falling out and when looking closer it would’t close at all, I would twist it all the way and it would just come out. I then changed the back and it fell out again so now its lost only a week after receiving. That is two items and both low quality and it is a waste of money. Very disappointed.

The jewellery I bought is fine, but I feel the website can make it clearer, upfront, that the items ship from New Zealand. I wouldn't have bought something so small and that covers so many air miles if I'd have known! Making this clearer would help people make more eco-conscious shopping choices.

The piercing came unscrewed and got lost, despite weekly tightening. Customer support said “some decorative pieces are more prone to unscrewing if they have larger parts.” It mentions nothing about this on their website (and doesn’t tell you to tighten them in the care instructions). Customer service will not help. £30 for jewellery that falls out in a few months is very expensive - much better options out there

i found this website after scouring the internet looking for affordable helix piercings and was initially put off by some of the negative reviews detailing that you could find their piercings on aliexpress. I went onto aliexpress and couldn't find any of the piercings I was looking at buying, so decided to buy 3 instead of the 6 I wanted to get. they came in just under a week all the way from new Zealand and I'm honestly so impressed. they were packaged great, even in a tiny jar with my name on!!! the little Huggie hoops I bought even have P&F inscribed into them so I'm pretty sure they're original and genuine. so impressed, and there was even a note thanking me for my order. such pretty helix piercings, definitely buying the rest of the piercings I wanted to get :)

Nothing but praise for Pinch and Fold. I had ordered from them for myself in the past and was impressed so when I was looking for a 40th birthday present for a friend they were the first place I looked!! They were so helpful and followed my request to put my friend’s name on the lid rather than mine and also sorted out another error I had made in the order and sent me a refund promptly! I ordered on the morning of 10/3/23, parcel was with me the evening of 24/10/23, exactly 10 working days as promised. Thankyou so much Pinch and Fold, I’m sure she’ll love it!

I had the chance to check out their showroom because I was eyeing out these pieces online and OMG it was everything and more! Plus the exceptional and amazing service from their staff is A+. I cant recommend their jewellery enough, so beautiful & perfect!

I visited their showroom recently and spent way longer there than I should have. It was so beautiful and cozy. The retail staff that helped me (Sam) was so friendly and helpful. She was patient with all my indecisiveness and gave great recommendations for new additions to my ear stack. Will definitely be visiting again soon.

Horrible customer service since January 7th. Tried to cancel an order literally 1 minute after putting through the order because I re-read their returns policy, they shipped it anyway 6 days later. I had emailed them 3 times during that period, including after dispatch. Only replied to my email after it had been delivered telling me to refuse delivery and that their whole team had covid despite them being active on tik tok and replying to comments. They told me they can’t contact DHL to arrange shipping it back and that I would have to pay to ship it from the UK to NZ. Eventually they said they have created the returns label and attached it to the email, there was nothing there, 2 emails later they said they created it but they couldn’t activate it then included some writing in a different colour to make it seem like it was written by their account manager at DHL. After this email they haven’t replied to me, it’s been 2 weeks. I placed the order January 7th.

I bought a helix earring which was £100. When I received it, the screw mechanism didn’t tighten properly and it fell out. I emailed Pinch and Fold and did not get a response. I continued wearing it, screwing it as tight as I could every day. It fell out again, fortunately I found it. I emailed twice more, with no response. It has since fell out again and I have lost it. I have since both emailed and sent a Facebook message and still haven’t received a response. The £100 earring lasted less than 6 months. Atrocious customer service. Beware buying from this company.

I have brought from them 3 times I have an earring that the ball won’t unscrew so I can wear them, I emailed them with a picture for assistance, I had a quick response which was great from Mia she advised I can turn it with gloves and pliers, I said I didn’t feel comfortable doing that and it should not be that hard to get it off and asked for an alternative option to resolve the problem, Mia replied and said they can send a return bag or send a bar and ball, I emailed back to say to send the bar and ball, I didn’t get a reply I sent 4 more emails and then she replied to say it will be sent today that was a few days ago I have emailed again asking if it has been sent and the tracking number I have had no reply, I will not be buying from them again poor customer service and disappointing.

I bought some piercing jewellery and earrings from Pinch and fold about a year ago and they have been amazing. Sharon also helped me with choosing some cute pieces. I just recently purchased a new set and can't wait to change it up!!

I'm not sure why the people below had to comment as I personally did not have this issue. There are options to go for sterling silver or plated brass and for plated brass they are all designed for one off wears. Ive had the sterling silver version and have never had any issues with plating wearing off. They are double the price but you get what you pay for. So far, I've had no issues with any of their products and they are helpful with choosing the right items for your needs.

I ordered from the New Zealand site in 2017 when they weren't so big but I had a terrible experience here. Decided to go out of my way to see how they are now and to write about my crap experience.

Ordered 2 products which weren't exactly cheap, $25-28 each. Felt like I got scammed because pictures didn't match the products and I told them about this. The person who replied to my email was named Sharon. She tried to explain why my "gold plated" jewellery was part black when I said the pictures and description did not state this. Wasn't worth sending back especially for a "once off goodwill" for store credit.

Wore the jewellery I bought and the "gold plating" wore off immediately (2 days), my ear piercings turned disgusting green which means their jewellery is cheap and definitely not worth the price. Don't trust their descriptions of things being surgical steel or titanium, because they're not. They also say their items are "hand forged"? whatever that means. You can find all their stuff on aliexpress.

Would never buy from them again, lost $50 in jewellery nobody can wear, and their spammy emails are super annoying.

At first, I was delighted with the way the jewelry looked. However, after wearing the jewelry for just two weeks, the piercing jewelry tarnished and left green marks on my skin. I bought 2 piercing jewelry for over 70 pounds. I would expect better quality.

The jewelry is supposedly made of "316L Surgical steel bar + rhodium plated over brass design." I would expect these materials to not tarnish within 14 days, but they did. Scientifically, these materials are not supposed to tarnish, so I don't know if pinch and fold is lying about their materials in the jewelry.

I contacted customer service and did not receive a response. Products are terrible and customer service is nonexistent.

i’ve had a few pieces from pinch and fold and every time they go above and beyond, adorable packaging and handwritten note make me want to keep coming back, not to mention the quality. i’ve worn the huggies for months they still look brand new and are so light i forget i’m wearing them! the cartilage jewellery is also super high quality and i don’t have issues with it unscrewing and loosing the pieces. with the company being based in new zealand and me being in the uk i was super impressed when shipping took around a week, will be sure to make another purchase soon :)
