A total rip off!
Ordered pillows on 31st January and still haven’t received them. Had two emails saying they were on target to deliver the pillows within the quoted delivery timeframe. The website is now down and the phone line is permanently closed. I’m now having to try and claim my money back through my credit card company. DO NOT ORDER from this company.

Apologies for the delay with your order, unfortunately there were issues during the recent storm with both receiving goods in and also with DPD collecting and delivering, this caused a few delays that couldn't be avoided. We contacted everyone to notify them of the delay, but understand that you didn't wish to wait. We hope you found your perfect pillow and we are here in the future if ever you need anything.
