This has actually been really good to introduce to my cats. One was having issues with food and now his poo is solid, even going to the litter box again. Another is more affectionate as well, not so irritable.

I’m slowly making this transition between the dry food to Pikko and I have the two most picky cats you can imagine but for my surprise they are eating the food! Bits by bits we will get there🧡

Really fast delivery, great product
Really fast delivery after my order and is packaged really well to keep everything frozen. My cat was food allergies and a sensitive stomach and he loves the beef and pork.

In LOVE with pikko cat food. we’ve tried lots of cat food and our girls never seem to stick to one but finally we tried pikko and our girls almost always eat it! Also the customer service is top tier ! love the ease of use and how cheap it is for 2 weeks for 2 cats! it’s perfect

Firstly I loved the delivery process
Firstly I loved the delivery process. It was delivered super quietly early one morning and the box is sturdy and I loved the personalised label.
It was completely frozen and packed well.
I’m not keen on the individual packaging. The size of the opening makes it hard to get into my cats bowls without it making a mess so I’m having to scoop it into a large bowl then separate it for my 3 cats.
My cats so far really aren’t keen but I’m persisting. I’m heating it so it isn’t cold out the fridge but there is always food left.
I’ve tried smaller portions but still the same. I am having to throw out food which is disappointing.
I have only ordered the fish so will try other flavours to see if this makes a difference.
The customer service by email are fantastic. Attentive and fast with help.

We’re glad to hear the delivery process went smoothly and that the food arrived frozen and fresh. Also, thank you for the feedback on the pouch design — we’ll absolutely take it on board as we look into ways to make serving easier, especially for multi-cat households.
It’s totally normal for some cats to take a little longer to adjust. A lot of commercial food is packed with artificial flavours and additives that can make it more “addictive” — so when switching to clean, premium ingredients like ours, it can take a bit of time and persistence.
We hope one of our other recipes like beef, chicken, or pork is more to their taste, and we’re always here if we can support you in any way along the way 🐾
The best cat food out there!
Pikko is a godsend being fresh, easily frozen and affordable. my cat is obsessed with it and likes all of the flavours. Easy as its delivered to your door. My cat is looking shinier than ever at 19 years old. Fresh is always best rather than a tin. I like that its all human grade meat and no grains or fillers like most crap on the market for cats.
