Once the Pikko Team saw that I wanted the delivery made to my office location, they were quick to contact me, concerned that I wouldn't be able to put it straight in the freezer. I assured them that I did have a freezer at the office, and they quickly arranged delivery. Loved the insulated bag and ice packs that the food came in. So far, so good. I've seen a noticeable change in my cat's behaviour which I never expected - she's 18 and has been slowly deteriorating in her health (I was close to taking her to the Vet to ask if it was time to do the 'humane thing'). But in a very short period of time, Pinot's coat looks healthier, she's more alert and playful and is purring like never before. So far, I'm very happy with Pikko and so is Pinot! =^:^=

I’ll start by saying that I have two very fussy cats who absolutely LOVE Pikko! Ever since switching to Pikko I’ve noticed their coat being more shiny, them being extremely playful but mostly (and it’s very important) their litter doesn’t smell!

Also, it’s a plus that their delivery is fast too!

Absolutely love it and definitely recommend it.

He doesn't eat regular cat food anymore. Looks at me different too. Instant results and I've tried the raw foods from pet stores doesn't touch em. Thankyou to the team at pikko. I've always wanted to cook him the best I can but now no need. So very thankful. Your doing something correct guys.

Too much packaging which I didn't think about until the order arrived. Fish smell was really strong and was surprised I didn't see that it contained beef and chicken - user error not the fault of the product.

Service and delivery are great, no worries!
Have great trouble opening the bags - not enough pull-apart area to get a good grip once you cut the bag.
My cat did initially like the chicken food, but has recently rejected then after 3 weeks. He didn't like the Beef upfront - he threw up. I threw the pork away. The fish, he did eat once or twice - then a total rejection and since then (I think) he turned off the food altogether. I'm at a loss!

My two cats loved it straight away. It's a no fuss carnivore diet for them that you don't have to mess around putting together, it just comes in the pouch ready to serve. Really good.
Mine have been on a raw food diet for a year now so the switch has been easy. If you are transitioning to a raw food diet from supermarket stuff, it could take some time for your cats to get used to the new food but I highly recommend persisting.

My 4 cats loves this food and I also foster orphaned neonates who really love it once they are weened from the bottle feeds.
My subscription goes thru each 4 weeks and it’s delivered to our door all frozen and safely packaged in a freezer bag with long lasting ice blocks so even if I’ve been at work all day, the food is still frozen when I get to unpack

My Cat is really enjoying your products.
The only issue is I find the packaging frustrating as one pack does Two meals.
I wish they came in individual portions.
This wont deter me as he loves your meals and easier packaging is just on my wish list

My cat didn’t seem to like the food as they are very fussy , also I noticed that there’s no expiring date

My 7 month old Maine Coon boy was super picky with his wet food but he absolutely adores the pork and beef flavours! He sprints to his food now, but is still not a big fan of chicken or fish.
Would love some more flavours like Kangaroo to try!

We have used food delivery services for us and our dog for a long time.. but we love our cat just as much and care about her health as much as the rest of us! I finally found Pikko, its easy, healthy and my Natural born fur Daughter loves it! In this family we are all equal and Kitty finally has her own subscription :D

Excellent! Delivery was super quick, within 2 days. Very fresh, frozen meals.... Quality is next level. Got the trial, Bailey isn't a huge fan of beef but loves the others and still eats it - maybe she's just gotten used to a better palate. Her coat became so soft in just a couple of days! She seems a lot happier and her farts don't smell as bad 🤣

Can't rate it enough. Love Pikko!

We absolutely love pikko for our cats. It’s the only food they will continually eat as our two girls are super picky. they love getting fed, fish is their favourite but if your cat isn’t picky the other ones are great too. Pikko also has amazing customer service and helped us when we got the wrong things in our box. We will continue using pikko :)

Hi, struggling to get kitties to change to new food at the moment, but will keep trying. They currently have mostly various Royal Canin, so the price point for Pikko is fine. I know the fresh food is better, but I can only get my 9-month-old boy to eat the beef; he doesn't like the chicken or fish. But my older girl is an overweight fusspot, so my kitten is seeing her being fussy and then is not sure what to do. I will definitely keep trying; fresh food is a much better option, and my overweight kitty hopefully will benefit if I can convince her fresh is better. Here's hoping I will be able to change to a 5-star food review over the next few months.

My cats refused so many foods it was getting difficult to please them. I tried Pikko and thankfully both cats love it. It has a good smell and doesn't smell like most cat foods thankfully, my cats love all the different flavours. Thanks for providing a quality product that is all so easy to store in the freezer. Love it

Fast, easy delivery. My cats love the food and I feel good feeding them with nutritious food.

I was wanting to find a real food solution for my cat and Pikko was perfect! Delivered, fresh frozen to my door! I have a small fridge so I asked if we could do it fortnightly which you guys changed - just for me! I then found that I was getting my fortnightly delivery but I ran out of pouches because it was taking 3-4 days to get to me so I switched to monthly and made more room in my fridge!
