Item posted a week late, after a reminder from me!
I ordered a shirt for a specific event. A week later it hadn't been dispatched. I wrote to enquire and the replies were AI-generated. The AI lied, saying it would be posted the next day and would arrive the following day. It eventually was posted but then because Royal Mail failed to deliver it and I had to collect it from a Post Office, I finally got the shirt the day before the event! It's absolutely fine as a shirt so one star for that.
