Update: in 2024 ,i openned a pro account with Pictorem Brossard. I had an excellent service producing great metal print of my original painting.Those metal prints were done with the intend of repeating the production twice a year.
The quality of the product is great.
2025: still great product and I can tell you that the owner will go an extra mile to solve your problem .

Excellent and detailed customer service without any pressure or sales tactics. They are all about offering a quality product to their customers.

The staff is always happy to help and the quality of the work is 5*.

Brilliant quality, service, and value – genuinely impressed.
It’s rare to find this level of care and attention these days. I brought in a digital file to be printed, and they didn’t just print it and hand it over — they actually looked at the result and decided it wasn’t quite right, so they reprinted it until they were happy with how it looked.-

At the endf = The cost of printing, mounting, and framing was less than what I’ve paid elsewhere just for framing something that was already mounted!

I will get more done shortly with them !

Do not trust this company, or their fake reviews...check Trustpilot or Yelp. Especially if you are a professional artist, they will send your clients low-quality prints and you will lose collectors. I am a professional photographer and was looking to add additional printer options to service collectors in the area...luckily I had them ship me my orders first before sending them to my clients. I made a number of orders for Chromaluxe aluminum prints, but when I received them from Pictorem I noticed they were less colourful, vibrant, and luminescent than other prints I had done on Chromaluxe. I also noticed there was no Chromaluxe markings or stamp on the back of any of the prints.
When I contacted Pictorem about this, their Customer Service rep Maxime Theriault outright lied to me, and told me the prints were all genuine Chromaluxe, but "Chromaluxe sheets can vary between suppliers, and not all carry the same stamp or finish. The materials we use are authentic but simply do not include the marking you mentioned".

I've worked with a number of dye sublimation printers in the past and have never heard of this, so I contacted Chromaluxe directly, and they told me this was false, that all their aluminum carried their stamp on the back.
When I called Pictorem out on this, they made a bunch of excuses and tried to deflect the issue, saying that SOME of their prints were done on Chromaluxe and other finishes were different brands, even though it says Chromaluxe on ALL my receipts.
Since I first contacted them over a month ago, I've just been getting the run-around. Fabien Dormoy (another Customer Service rep) promised to re-print my orders on genuine Chromaluxe, but I only received a single replacement order on actual Chromaluxe. I was promised refunds on my orders, but they only processed a single refund, then no response from Fabien when I inquired about the status of the other refunds, with other Customer Service reps claiming they had been processed, they were too busy, they were on their way, etc. etc. All lies.

Trust me, not worth the hassle, and I doubt this company will be around for very long. Maybe its just a quick cash grab before folding, but I'm guessing there will be a lawsuit against them from Chromaluxe at some point since they are claiming to sell their products but shipping lower quality aluminum prints.

I opened an account with this company to have them produce my artwork and ship it directly to clients. Before trusting them with client orders, I placed a test order to check the quality. What I received was unacceptable.

One piece arrived with both corners damaged and the image itself a complete blur. Another piece showed up with an actual hole in the canvas. When I contacted the company, their response was even more disappointing: they informed me that their policy requires items to be completely destroyed before issuing a refund, replacement, or even a credit.

This level of quality control and customer service is far below professional standards. As someone who holds myself to a much higher level with my own clients, I cannot risk using a company that delivers damaged products and then adds insult to injury with such restrictive, backwards policies.

If you care about your work, your reputation, and your clients, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

I ordered a photo on plastic. Over 4 weeks and nothing. They chose the shipper, I paid for shipping and now out $150. All they say is sorry. Avoid this Canadian company like the plague.

I am not a pro photographer trying to make and sell prints. Just a person who wanted some acrylic murals made for home decor. I've only had 2 orders with Pictorem and both seem great to me, but what do I know really?

a. I am never in a rush. I see that most negative reviews are people who need something in less than a month. I subscribe to the idea that a quality product is going to take time. Otherwise, we'd all be ordering from Snapfish or some cheap garbage. These are customized items and one should expect limitations, not entitlement

b. It comes from Canada, which adds to the ship time. Literally the US govt holds the packages for inspection. The irony of all the lame 'its from China' jokes is that if it was truly coming from China, the Feds would NOT hold it for inspection. The only time that ever happens to me is when I order something from Canada. Chinese crap comes to my door all day every day with no delay. So blame the US govt for the ship times

c. I used a Yahoo address for pictorem which was a huge mistake because Yahoo is dookie and sends tons of my legitimate emails to SPAM. Pictorem will send you an email to finalize and approve the murals before printing, and every time I miss the email because Yahoo sent it to SPAM. The last time this happened, it was literally a week from when Pictorem emailed me to when I found it in my SPAM. I dont doubt the customer service stories from other reviewers, but at the same be fair and check your SPAM first

I am currently experiencing an issue with UPS, involving my last purchase. We'll see how Pictorem responds to the situation, but overall I don't have any doubts about it. I love the acrylic print so much that I want find reasons to make more.

Customer service is almost non-existent. Had issues with a printing error and a low quality print and reached out to support. After 10 days they replied that if there was a low quality output they would have contacted me. No comment about the printing error. Thanks but I'll take my business elsewhere.

I ordered a smaller canvas print from Pictorem of a painting I did on a Sunday night and it was delivered to me in perfect condition the following Friday afternoon. The print is an exact copy of my painting and came safely packed, complete with all necessary hanging pieces…even a level! I have already highly recommended this company to other artist friends after a wonderful experience using Pictorem.

LOVE PICTOREM! Just ordered a photo on canvas. It is fantastic. Ordering was easy. They kept me up to date on the process, and it was completed quickly and shipped! The quality is fantastic. This is the 3rd time I have ordered pics from Pictorem and this was the first time on canvas. Other prints I ordered on metal and they were also great quality. We would never order from anyone but Pictorem. Thank you!!

The quality I am getting over the many projects I have done over the last few years continues to amaze me. The frames are so seamlessly fitted and Pictorem always makes the pictures themselves look fantastic. Great service as well.

I ordered a print as a gift for my mom's 90th birthday from Pictorem. While paying online I was told it would arrive between April 28 - 30. Her Birthday was on 4/30. Today is May 3 and it still hasn't even shipped. I never received any communications from them regarding my order status and I am not confident that the order will ever even be sent to her. This is the first and last time I purchase anything from Pictorem. Never again.

Shipped to my client an acrylic print. She loved it! This is the second time I've ordered as print for a client, so I'm a return customer.
