Hi,
Thank you for your review! Our customer service is available 7 days a week, and we always respond within one day.
very helpful website, easy to use
This website is very practical and easy to use. the step by step guidance based upon your symptoms and the results of an actual do it yourself physical assessment is really helpful and a great idea. It provided me useful information. I don't have a current need for an ongoing subscription, but would definitely recommend this site to others and would refer to it again if needed in the future.

Website clearly not explicit enough and certainly bad practice to have one transaction trigger a monthly subscription. Anyway seemingly satisfactorily resolved.

Hi, thank you for your review.
I'm sorry to hear that the payment did not proceed as you had expected. You authorized us for future payments by paying for the trial period. You may not have seen this, or you may have overlooked it, but you could have prevented the payment by cancelling your subscription during the 7-day trial period. We explicitly mention all this on our checkout page and pricing page.
I'm glad we were able to find a solution together.

Hi David,
I tried to contact you personally, but unfortunately, you didn't respond.
We apologize that you are disappointed. Physiocheck came onto the market after years of work. It is created by professional physiotherapists based on all the conditions out there. It has a unique algorithm that very accurately determines your possible condition (and which conditions you have less similarities with). With a small contribution for the unique self-check, we offer the quality we stand for. At the start of the check, we inform our visitors about the price (above the NEXT button).
You get a trial period of 7 days, and if you are not satisfied during this trial period, you can easily cancel your subscription in your account or by sending us a message. Our customer service is available 7 days a week, and we always respond within 1 day. You only paid £2.49 once for the result of the test and the 7-day trial period during which you receive exercises for your condition. You are not tied to a monthly subscription; this can be canceled at any time.
subscription cancellation process
I had to cancel my subscription and it was done so efficiently with no questions asked. Thank you and I’ll definitely be back.

Excellent and easy to use app and a company of real integrity
I signed up for the free trial because I had very bad shoulder and neck pain. I used the app for a diagnosis and an exercise plan, but this didn’t solve the problem. I forgot to cancel the free trial free trial and was therefore charged the monthly fee. I informed customer help that this had been inadvertent and so without any question they refunded the fee. This is the kind of customer service I rate highly and I will definitely use Physiocheck in the future now that I’m aware of how the app works and the excellent ethics of this company
