I have been trying to cancel my subscription for an entire month. They snuck in a monthly recurring subscription for 20$ when I paid 2$ for them to tell me my ailment on the initial screening. Now, they don’t let me sign into my account, they say “there is no email that matches” which makes no sense since I only have one email. They don’t show any number on their website to contact to cancel the subscription. I have left call back requests and sent emails and they don’t answer. Beware of this scam.

Sohn hatte Probleme mit der Schulter. Wollte nur den Physiotest machen für 2,99 € und hatte danach ein Abo an der Backe. Hat jetzt in den Kontoeinstellungen gekündigt. Schade, dass Firmen zu solchen Mitteln greifen müssen!!!

Impossible to find the links to end subscription, and I was not aware that I was subscribed for this, when using my trial. But they managed to withdraw two months via Apple Pay.

Dec 21, 2025 I'm only on the first page and haven't read my results yet, but the assessment was really thorough.
Jan 4, 2026 I've been doing the exercise program for almost 2 weeks and am satisfied with the level and type of exercises. I was given a realistic time table for recovery, which matched other sites and advice I had read.
For the initial assessment, I thought $5 or whatever was fair and reasonable. I didn't expect anything more for the $5. After the assessment, I was invited to enroll in the designed exercise program for a fair price. I didn't feel duped or misled at any point. I could have looked for a physiotherapist on my own or with their help, with a 3 month waiting list.
I can read prompts and found the unsubscribe button exactly where I expected it to be. I am mystified by the negative reviews.

Vorsicht, Abofalle!!! Man macht einen Test und schließt damit automatisch ein Abo ab, ohne eine Bestätigung dafür zu bekommen oder informiert zu werden. Es steht irgendwo in den AGBs. Diese liegen der E-Mail-Bestätigung aber nicht bei, was ungesetzlich ist.

Ich dachte (wie viele andere hier), dass ich einen Check mache für 2,99€. Ich habe erst nach mehreren Monaten bemerkt, dass mir jeden Monat Geld abgebucht wurde (14,99!). Zu keinem Zeitpunkt war das von mir gewünscht oder ausgewählt. Es ist ein Betrug.
Die Auswertung ist zudem absolut unzureichend.
Keinen Cent diesem verbrecherischen Unternehmen!!!

Dass es Geld kostet ist normal,aber dass es in ein Abonnement übergeht ist eine Abzocke. Besonders wenn man es nicht mehr braucht

They are impossible to get in contact with. No easy way to cancel service. They set up autopay then don’t leave a way to cancel service very easily. I tried to send several messages and not sure if they got sent. No phone number to call, just a send a message for them to call you back. Again not sure if they are getting messages. If you can sign up easily for their service online, you should be able to cancel just as easy. It makes me leery that there is not way to contact any. They should want to talk with you and see what happened. Anyway I just wanted to check them out and find it hard to believe they can diagnose problems with out ever talking at a minimum. Some of the questions are hard to interpret. I was only allowed a few options when that is not a full description I would have given a doctor. Just seems like I could have just found the same answers on google for free. Why do I need to pay them. I can type in very basic ailments and see potential problems like them. I will never use this service and tell others just google your ailments for free. Company is nearly impossible to contact. Nearly impossible to cancel your service once you sign up. Big waste of money and time. Unless you like spending hours of your day trying to cancel service you just wanted to try. A trial membership, cancellation should be easy. Way too difficult.

I subscribed for advice on a particular issue. I put in a lot of information and received limited advice. To unsubscribe was very difficult to a point where it was deliberately hidden.
PS Physiocheck contacted me after my complaint and offered to refund a month of subscription if I removed my poor review.

Vorsicht Betrug!!! Nachdem ich den Check für 3,20€ durchgeführt habe, wurden mir monatlich zwischen 14,71€ und 15,04€ einfach von "Physiocheck" von meinem Konto abgebucht.

This actually gave me some relief as Dr. Google said likely bursitis of the hip.

Cancelled subscription on free trial and have been charged twice since, have contacted them twice but heard nothing back when i had to reset my password to reactivate my account there is no longer any option to cancel. Feels very scammy and unhelpful

It is only after completing a long questionnaire and doing all the tests required do you find out you have to pay to get any kind of a diagnosis. Or treatment suggestions That felt kind of scammy

Much better would be a notice before you start that an initial diagnosis is $3 and the monthly treatment plan another $20 a month. Now I haven’t paid any money yet but am considering it because the quality and depth of the questions and tests was quite good! I am seeing a physiotherapist this week but $20 might be worth it to be better informed when I do go.

A good thorough questionnaire to try and pin point the problem. Like Mark another user I canceled my subscription, but immediately after receiving my diagnosis. I will be going to my Chiropractor who is covered by my insurance when Monday arrives.

Today Saturday, all I wanted to do was get an early diagnosis.

I was unable to update my review from 24SEP2024 (Mark - CA) so I'll provide one here.

This site and service is not a "scam" in the sense that they are stealing your money. They are providing a legit service for a reasonable fee. However, I agree that they are not as transparent about the costs as they should be which I think actually discredits the value of their service.

Here is what happened to me after signing up for the trial:
- I used the website with the exercises prescribed to treat my diagnosis. I followed the instructions and marked the completion and 'discomfort' ratings each day.
- After the trial I allowed my credit card to be billed the monthly subscription in order to continue doing the exercises and marking my completion and ratings.
- After another week or two, I came to the conclusion that I no longer required the use of the daily tracking so canceled my subscription on the site.
- The subscription cancelation process was easy and I was never charged again.
- I will absolutely use this service again in the future. $22 CAD for a diagnosis, treatment plan and a month of monitoring was absolutely worth it.
- Does this replace a doctor? Absolutely not. If you are in significant pain or do not see any progress after a few days of following the treatment plan then you should see a doctor.
- I hope my experience helps others. More importantly, I hope that the site owners would consider improving their sales practices as it is a bit shady for sure.

After filling in a 10 minute questionnaire you then get prompted to subscribe to a paid service. None of this is mentioned at the start of the survey. Avoid.

Reine Abzocke, den Test kann man vergessen und es wird vorgetäuscht, dass dies ein einmalige Dienstleistung ist. Nach 7 Tagen wird ein Abo zu 12+ EUR aktiviert. Hier geht’s nur ums Abkassieren. Seriöse Anbieter, die über Leistung überzeugen haben das nicht nötig.
