In today’s overwhelming market of…
In today’s overwhelming market of automation and AI-driven creativity tools, it can be incredibly difficult to choose the right partner — especially when so many promise innovation but fall short on support.
That’s why I’m genuinely grateful and I don't say that easily let me tell you to have discovered a company in Phygital+ that not only delivers powerful tools but also backs them up with exceptional customer service. From the moment I reached out with questions, they responded promptly and thoroughly, providing more than just answers — they offered insights that helped me do my job better. It didn’t feel like a transactional experience; it felt like a partnership.
What truly stands out is how invested they seem in my success. They’re not just selling a product — they’re empowering creators, entrepreneurs, and professionals like me to thrive. That level of care and commitment is rare.
Since joining, I’ve realized I can now cancel several other subscriptions. This partnership has consolidated what I need all in one

Perfect companion for Solo Marketers
I am a one person marketing team and use phygital regularly for our media requirement. Blog banner to social images, it covers everything and the output is perfect after some initial trials.
The onboarding was easy and they do offer great support. If you run into any issues, you can always reach out to the team who are really supportive. I got some tips on my creatives too.
I haven't tried the video generation yet. Will check it out extensively soon and update the review here.

Delivers consistent results with real control
We use Phygital Plus to create banners, icons, and other visuals for our SaaS marketing. Training a LoRA on our brand style gave us results that match our look perfectly. Unlike generic prompting, here we actually have control over the AI output, which is a big deal for brand consistency.
Onboarding wasn’t the easiest—it took some testing to get everything working—but once set up, the process is smooth and efficient.
We also started exploring video generation. Looks promising, but we’re waiting for more model options. Overall, a solid tool if you want high-quality, on-brand assets at scale.

I trained AI to use my own style
I was looking for an AI to make images in my own style. Me and my partner launched a startup and we're trying to save on everything. We have our brand style and decided to use AI to generate banners, images for it. Phygital has many models inside and the best part for us is that we upload our images and it understands what style do we need. It took some time to figure out how it works, but I'm happy with the result.

Dear Customer,
Thank you for reaching out and bringing this issue to our attention. We sincerely apologize for the double charge and for any confusion regarding the plan features.
To provide more flexibility and clarity, we have recently introduced a new credit-based system. Instead of committing to a subscription plan, you can now purchase credits and use them only for the specific AI tools and generations you need. This pay-as-you-go model offers greater transparency and control over your spending.
We are here to help you transition to the credit system if it better suits your needs. Again, we are very sorry for the inconvenience caused.
