Don't bother, it doesn't work!

I can with outright confidence promise you that this is a scam!
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY, AND EVEN WORSE TIME!!!
The cream has no essential oil in it, it is a basic lotion poorly rebranded into tiny tubs. It doesn't work, I used it meticulously every day.

They will draw out your refund window forever, and never refund you. I've been trying for 6 months now.

Do not, waste your time. Evil people making financial benefits from an entirely fake scam, and preying on those who are suffering.

Go to hell!

DO NOT TRUST THE MONEY BACK GUARANTEE. This product does not work as advertised. I asked for a full refund. It has been months with no refund. They use stall tactics and sleezy business practices to not give a refund. Do not waste your money and time with this product. Try another company. If there was an option to give zero stars, I would!

From the beginning, it was a complete ordeal. My order took well over 2 months to deliver, when I finally got here, I tried it and started requesting refund because it did nothing. They asked me to send pictures, which I did, they then asked me to use up 3 of the 4 jars purchased first, which i did. I contacted them again and they said they were reviewing. This has been going on for almost 9 months now and still no refund! The “no questions asked” 90 day refund is BS.

Never received the order of fungi cream and shoe disinfectant spray made in January 2026! The order was for 75 USD and were never even contacted by Phrena about it! It’s the middle of August now and not a trace of it yet!! Completely unreliable and untrustworthy poor excuse of a company. WHERE IS MY ORDER!!!???

Company(Phrena) advertises refunds if no positive results within 90 days, well no change to my fungus in 60 days and no refunds until I completely finish the second bottle another 2 months. Also no answer to my refund for more than a month, oh and order took over 3 or 4 weeks for delivery.

Used product for 3-4 months and nails have gotten steadily worse. Total waste.

No issues with shipping/receiving but after 4 months of strict use there are no results. Don't waste your money

Horrible. The shipping tracking showed it was coming from China though the website said in "Our promise" that it's made in the USA. I tried it for 90 days anyway and it was COMPLETELY ineffective. I have been trying to get my guaranteed refund for over a month, and they have given me the runaround, asking me to try it for 90 more days first, requesting before and after pictures, saying they have to run it by the management team. They politely respond to all my emails but REFUSE to issue the promised refund. I am so angry.

Useless treatment ! Pathetic really, to say the least. Oh well, back to the drawing board after 3 months of meticulous application. My nails have become worse EVERY day since using this crap cream !

If I could give them a -100 star review Inwould. Similarly to what MANY have said, this product DOESN’T WORK and they represent a FALSE guaranteed refund. Seriously wish there was a way to get a class action lawsuit against them.

Didn't work and no refund as promised after several attempts. Lots of questions and saying they are sending my review to their board. Don't waste your money.

Believe the 1 star reviews. Unfortunately, this product did not work for me. But worse, they did not stand by their 90 day no questions refund guarantee. In fact, they had A LOT of questions for me and even accused me of not using their product correctly when I actually followed their instructions as given. They were polite about it, but they are NOT trustworthy.

Shipping and received the 3 pack. Almost finished the 3rd one and I am 6 months into using the product. I change to a mild-moderate case of toenail fungus. I apply daily and liberally. Disappointing.

I am beyond disappointed. I started the treatment in mid February and here we are in early June and my nails actually are worse! They are thicker with fungus and look more disgusting than before. This is a total scam. Do not waste your money. They should be shut down and forced to go out of business for false advertising

More wasted money….so sad for us that are trying to solve the problem. Did not work for me and took close to a month for me to even get. For those of you with nail fungus, do NOT waste your money!

I received the product quite quickly But have been applying religiously twice a day for over 3 months So I guess I’ve been scammed because this DOES NOT DO AS CLAIMED But as I’ve had nail fungus all my adult life… I guess I’m desperate (and an easy target)
