Great customer service from ordering to delivery
I contacted this company for a different coloured frame than what was posted and it was no problem. I ordered a multi-aperture frame for some small diamond paintings I had done and the frame is perfect, really high quality and came beautifully packaged, prompt delivery, really easy to insert pictures, would highly recommend ordering from this company, thank you.

Cheap rubbush
It frustrates me when I order and frame and it's flimsy and fitted with rubbish acrylic instead of glass, but usually I can excuse the frame because it's cheap.
This frame was not cheap. For the price, I expect a far better product than build quality I could get on Amazon for a fraction of the price.
I only bought from this store because I needed a diptych configuration that no mainstream retailer had.
I can't even use this frame now because the acrylic got marked up as I was putting the photos in the frame and it won't clean off! Rubbish!
I now have to spend even more money for a glass sheet to replace the acrylic which is not fit for purpose.
I would avoid this retailer.

This frame has a Perspex (acrylic) front, and this is clearly stated in the product description, materials list, and infographics on the listing. It isn't an oversight or something we've tried to obscure — it's specified upfront precisely so customers know what they're buying before they order. We use Perspex as it's shatterproof and far safer to ship than glass.
The frame itself is real wood, the mount is acid-free, and the stand is metal — all genuinely premium components, which is reflected in the price.
We stand behind our products and our descriptions, and we'd encourage customers to check the materials listed, and to read to product description before ordering if glass glazing is a specific requirement.

Good quality frames
All the frames I ordered (and it was a mixed bag!) were well wrapped and arrived safely and promptly. Every one was a perfect fit for my paintings and certainly enhanced the look of my work. Couldn’t be happier! I’ve been using this company for quite a while now and wouldn’t choose to go anywhere else. It’s 5 stars from me!

Beautiful and well made photo frame…
Beautiful and well made photo frame which I ordered for my daughter’s Graduation certificate & photo.
Item arrived quickly and securely packaged.
My only concern was that I was under the impression that I was supposed to receive specific sticky pads to attach the photo & certificate to the backing.

Bad quality
I ordered this frame because I needed custom measurements, and that part was done correctly. However, the quality is extremely disappointing. The material feels very cheap and flimsy, especially considering the price. Unfortunately, the frame makes the picture itself look cheap as well, which completely defeats the purpose of buying a custom frame.
I expected a much better finish for what I paid. While the custom sizing is a positive, the overall quality is not worth the money. I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re looking for a frame that enhances your picture.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your frame.
We would, however, like to clarify a couple of points for anyone reading this review. Your frame was bespoke-made to the exact measurements you provided, and the frame itself is made from real wood, not plastic or Polcore.
The glazing is Perspex, as stated in the product listing. Perspex is deliberately lightweight compared with glass, which can make the finished frame feel lighter than a traditional glass-fronted frame, but this does not mean that the frame itself is made from a lightweight plastic material.
We’re therefore keen to understand what specifically gave the impression that the frame was “cheap and flimsy”. If there is a genuine issue with the construction or finish, we would absolutely like the opportunity to investigate it.
Please contact us directly with some photographs and details of your concerns, and we’ll be happy to look into this further.

I cannot recommend them enough!
I have used this company several times before &, for a top quality made to measure service delivered to my front door, I don't see that I could do any better - especially at such reasonable prices. My latest purchase was well up to the standard that I have come to expect & the item that I was framing slotted in perfectly. I thoroughly recommend them & shall be using them again - in fact, I have another item for framing & shall be placing another order within the next few days
