Certainly not very robust. Parts included differed from the scant instructions. Took over an hour to fix cartridges and not sure how correct they were. Had to phone for help with tap. Again different fittings seemed incompatible with what I’d expect tap washers to be . Tap leaks constantly so unusable. It’s also very heavy so doubt I’d cope with replacing parts etc. very disappointed and wasted £280. Doubt I’ll get refund but have asked. I will update if I do get refund. Won’t recommend.

Je suis ravie de ma fontaine phoenix, j’ai pu trouver un tuto sur YouTube pour le monter parce que la notice est en anglais, je l’ai monté toute seule et l’eau est très bonne ! La livraison a été rapide et efficace. Aucun problème!

My experience with Phoenix has been the best I've ever had with any company. I had serious concerns about the jug filter I had been using, and so it was important for me to have all the facts before I changed to Phoenix. Right from the start, they were incredibly helpful, they answered my (many) questions promptly, and were completely transparent about their product, and gave me honest advice. I got my filter up and running last weekend, and apart from looking beautiful, the water tastes completely pure...now, in comparison, I realise that all the jug filters I've had in the past, did have an aftertaste.
I have told everyone I know who has a jug filter, to change over to Phoenix, my sister already has.

I am disappointed because I did a test with food coloring and I could see that the filters let pass some of this coloring. I did the same test in another filter of another brand that I use for 3 years and this one still does not let the dye pass. The price is interesting but it is not of good quality to filter the water, which was the purpose of my purchases on this site.

Really happy with my Phoenix water filter. I ordered direct from their website and everything arrived safe and sound here in Finland. Customer support is also really quick to get back to me when I reached out.
The water that comes out of the filter is crisp and clean tasting. Big difference to the city water over here.

i ordered a filter the 21.4 and received the dhl tracking number the 22th. Since then, nothing !
no filter, no information on the dhl tracking status.
i asked the support of phoenix for help. They send me the tracking nb again, nothing more.
Now, we are the 7th of May and no information from phoenix (even i asked 3 times the support for help).

No filter, no useful support from phoenix. Just lost 250 euros

I found the website easy to use & once my order was processed they arrived quickly & well protected in the box.
I would like to see zero plastic in the packaging though.

Fast service and well packed . A well made product and I was able to assemble it easily . Have been using it for a week now and water tastes great , I am glad I purchased the tap that let's me see the water level at a glance . Very happy with it and would recommend it to friends occupy s very little space 6lt
