I had them come out to my father in laws boiler to check a pressure drop on the 5th Dec 24, I payed the invoice on the 11 Dec 24. They contacted me on Friday 25th April 25 asking me for the payment, I sent them a screenshot of the bank transfer as proof of payment, they are saying they will have to check with there bank. Shortly after the job was done my father in law passed away so I don’t need this from them they should keep there payment’s up to date, not my problem.

My boiler broke and was shut off on 12th of Feb, I’ve had the same gentleman named Kevin come out 3 times to try and get it sorted for me. He has been so friendly, it’s really hard being a woman alone and having a male come into my flat to do work, but Kevin made me feel the most comfortable! Explained everything thoroughly, and is very efficient with his work! Despite it being a while without my boiler due to waiting for parts to arrive, I cannot express my gratitude for how understanding, helpful and fantastic they have been for me!

Have been with out heating now for 13 days have been told they were coming several times with no show and no text. We are logged as a vulnerable household but that doesn't seem to matter. Have lost earning as am unable to work in a cold house. Don't respond to messages left.

If I could give this company a minus 100 I would. Awful service, 3 times they didn't turn up and left us in a house with young children with no hot water or heating for 24 hours (which reading some of the other reviews, I realise is nothing in comparison). The first engineer that came out didn't want to listen to what we had to say, was very eager to leave and tried to fob it off as a plumbing issue despite us trying to explain the leaks were only happening when the heating was on or hot tap was running.. he didnt want to wait a couple of mins for the heating to kick in properly to see the leak and just said "call a plumber". Plumber came the next day and confirmed it was the boiler after a quick investigation. Then the 24 hour wait of being told "somebody was on the way". The 2nd guy that came out seemed to want to leave straight away too but did sort the problem after I felt like I had to insist he just waited to see the leak. I wonder if maybe they looked after their staff a bit better they might have more positive reviews because both enginers just seemed really fed up and stressed. Overall Appalling service. So glad they've lost the contract with our HA so I won't have to deal with them again.

Used by Sandwell useless baseless Mr Lack carried out a visit at my property.
His behaviour and attitude was poor and overpowering
Made me feel little, over powered me with his loud voice.
I told him to leave the property.
10 minutes later cadent turned up saying smell of monoxide.
This is what Mr La4k did useless and baseless im looking to put a formal complaint about this useless man.
Mr La4K this was his registration also parked in my drive.

As an ex employee of this badly managed company, which has mistreated me to be making troubling decisions. The main breaking point was when i had to put my tools down and leave site. Finding out I haven't been paid my overtime which iv worked overly hard for...just to keep a good name for the company and not let customers down or without a working system. I was distraught when I'm expected to work over after doing it for months and finding out , they work on loopholes by saying they adhere to fair practices even when they are being unfair to their employees, all to deduct money from wages.. an they have done it with out consent..
Please help me with this anyone.

Unreliable, not for the first time they missed an appointment to fix my gas leak after turning it off and leaving me without gas for 6 days. Avoid and get a reliable firm to do the job.

I was struggling to get a plumber. My boiler had stopped working and i had no heating or hot water.
I rang phoenix. I spoke to Mike who told me they had no availability at the moment but he said he would call me the following morning. However, he rang me back and he thought he knew what the problem might be and ask if he could talk me through how to check. He talked my son through it and wow everything started working.
Mike dident have to do that but he was great and patient. Just as I was beginning to believe no one helps anyone anymore and he saved me time and money.Thank you Mike, very kind and as my son said "a diamond "

My parents had no working Central heating, was informed on a Friday at 9am, however got a phone call from them at 5pm to say they are now closed until Monday so will come out then. -5 degrees with one parent with dementia. I rang the emergency number for someone to put the phone down on me... a disgrace of a company... need closing down

I am still sitting here 8 days not heating hot water and now shower bunch of cowboys who turned up without one of the parts engineer then threw a fit in my kitchen as he had lost his keys to his van dragging boiler part on my new lino. been told yesterday still no parts was told someone would bring me 2 heaters on friday after 5 hours of my ringing spoke to a lady who told me i would not be getting heaters as they dont carry them on there vans and would be doing nothing i have emailed you and spent god knows how many hours on the phone speaking to rude staff who have done nothing to help me well done Phoenix

This company are a nightmare to deal with. They fail to communicate with you in a timely fashion, don’t turn up for appointments, don’t let you know they are there by ringing the doorbell when you are in - I was in all day on a Sunday (the day after they claim they called, which they didn’t ) Then they sent me a letter informing me of an appointment they arranged unilaterally that only arrived on the day of the appointment, which I only received after I returned from work! They then did the same trick again and have now told my landlord I have refused entry 3 times when I have done nothing of the sort ! Now my landlord is accusing me of breaching my tenancy, when in reality Phoenix Gas Services have made it impossible for me to comply and have quite frankly lied to my landlord. If you have any choice in the matter, please do not deal with this company. There must be much better, more reliable and trustworthy companies out there who will just turn up when they say they will and won’t make your life a misery for no reason. The stress of this has been awful. The worst thing is I am a disabled person doing their best to go to work and I don't need the stress this company has caused me. Avoid at all costs!

Unreliable, terrible service that's resulted in a week with no heating (so far) whilst it's -6°C outside & just 6°C inside our home!
Poor/no communication, I have to chase to find out what's going on.
They send engineers out who are not qualified to touch the type of heating system we have, despite knowing what we have.
I've been waiting in a freezing house for them to turn up two days in a row this week as advised, however nobody turned up. Still no heating now!
Seriously unprofessional.
Clearly a fault of shoddy company management, I feel for the engineers no doubt on the recieving end of this disastrous organisation.

So I am given an appointment that I cant meet..I call them to cancel and give them a new date..to wich they send another letter telling me I've missed my appointment and tell me I can be Prosecuted..I call for a second time to make another appointment and tell them I need early as possible as I need to leave at 10.20am. I called them at 9.40 worried they wouldn't have enough time..they tell me there have been emergency and unable to attend..shocking service and lack of communication my time is important to..let your customers know if your not going to attend..its so easy
