Had a really good experience. When I called through the team were really helpful and the engineer was thorough and knowledgeable and resolved the issue quickly for me. Would happily recommend.

A boiler service identified a leak. Engineer was supposed to report repair and order parts. 3 weeks later and no sign of any repair. Phone calls not being returned. Why am I chasing up a service used by rugby council? I have no option but to use this rubbish company.
I had a reply from this company see below.
Rugby council and myself called via phone to chase up this matter on more than one occasion. The lady was on lunch and was supposed to return call, which she didn't hence more than one call to chase up. Its is down to this company to book repair via engineer.
Strangely enough I spoke to a man from this company who couldnt apologise enough. So why does the reply not reflect the conversation I had? 🤔

Absolute joke of a company. First appointment - no-one turned up. Second appointment employee arrived, diagnosed the problem with the heating pump. Went away to order it. Third appointment - different bod turned up and said the valves needed replacing as well but didn't have them on the van. 4th. appointment - no-one turned up. 4 separate days waiting in, moving furniture, not putting heating on so repair could be undertaken. 2 disabled pensioners in the property. Absolutely disgusting! Doesn't deserve the 1 star.

My neighbour was getting pipes installed on the road and phoenix gas work men thought it would be ok to dump all the concrete and rubble on our garden, when I phoned up to complain they could not see a problem until I informed them I had no contract with them therefore they were breaking the law, these people seem to think they have the right to dump the waste that they have created onto people's private property, maybe if they employed professionals they would not have so many complaints. A disgusting company that has no morals or companion for other people's private property.

What a joke Phoenix Gas Services are! Had an appointment for today arranged for weeks. Took time off work and then got a call this morning that the engineer had called in sick and they have no-one else to do the repair. They've left an older woman with disabilities in a cold living room over Christmas. Unacceptable and terrible customer service. Would definitely not recommend these cowboys. I only gave one star because there's no option for zero stars but if they was an option for negative stars, Phoenix would get the full five!

Aaron and Dan Fitted our new heating system and Airsource heating system.
They took every care of the house and made sure we understood and were happy at every stage. They paid special attention to my mother that was ill at the time and their patience and kindness was very welcome.

Absoultely shocking service. Had sevice booked for today, but i ran out of gas so nipped to the shop to get some. While i was there the engineer turned up and my daughter told him id just gone to shop to get gas and would be 2mins. He refused to wait and said tell her to book another appointment i ay got time.
Shocking, cant wait 2mins are u for real.

This company are absolutely shocking!!!!!!
We are on day 5 of no heating.. my father is 79 years old and we are freezing.
The heating was working except one radiator, Phoenix came out to fix it and now none work.
We have been classed as a “priority” we have waited 24 hours for a phone call and they have offered to come out in 6 days time.
This company should NOT be trading.
DO NOT USE!!!!!!!!!

I smelt gas when I entered my apartment. An engineer was here within the hour.
One of the apartments had a gas leak behind their cooker.
Saul the engineer was absolutely amazing. He got us all out to our cars safely and isolated the gas straight away. He also got an ambulance straight away for the lady whose apartment had the leak to make sure she was ok.
Fire brigade checked everything and when all was safe, let us back inside our apartments.
I can’t thank Saul enough for all his help and for being so efficient. He really looked after us all and he dealt with everything professionally and with great care.

I rang today and asked them if they would do me a quote for a radiator in my conservatory.After being put on hold the young lady said yes they could and that would be £84 to come to the house and do the quote.
Waited over 9 hours for an engineer appointment to show up.
No show. No contact. No apologies.
Disgraceful service.

These need a zero star option. I had Engineer Ansheel out to do my gas service. 1st he wasn't very professional and after 40 minutes he came down sweaty and full of excuses to tell me there's an issue and he's put a danger do not use sticker on it. I said its practically a new boiler, And he said the reset button wasn't working. NOW our boiler is 18 months old and has no issues with any of the buttons. Once he left I went to look myself. And my reset button has been crammed inside the boiler permanently damaging it. I called the company Phoenix who after listening to what I said batted it off as if its nothing new and just said. Well the engineer said it was like that before. I said NO IT WASNT ITS A NEW BOILER and had no issues. And they just said the council will be in touch as its not their issue. So yea they come out Fk your shit up and leave. Avoid these like the plague they are and go else where.

I had an engineer out to do a gas safety check on my EMH property in Hartshorne Swadlincote. The engineer was absolutely amazing. He explained everything he did in great detail and even showed me problems he’d found and explained this would be why I kept losing pressure. He booked my parts in and Phoenix contacted me to offer an appointment tomorrow. I can’t thank Phoenix enough for their very friendly, informative attitude.

I felt it very imperative that I write in today and let you know the experience that I have with phoenix gas services.
We have been let down in the past numerous times which has affected my sons mental health as he has adhd and Asperger's, being told that you are coming and don't attend does not bode well on those that have to plan for your attendance, especially then to be threatened with an injunction by emh housing.
We had an appointment today for after 10am on Wednesday the 7th of may because we had very little faith that you would attend myself and my mother sat in the car park from 10 o'clock it got to 11:30 and there was no sign of an engineer.
I placed a call into your service department and was lucky enough to be greeted by a very kind and pleasant lady called Gemma, I explained my frustrations I have had previously and could you confirm that an engineer was on their way. Gemma did her diligence and then called me back.
It wasn't good news the engineer that was due to attend had phoned in sick and we had not been told , however Gemma had made contact with a number of other engineers that were local and managed to secure a new appointment for 2:30 that day.
She kept me updated in terms of time and who would be attending which either was then able to relay back to my son to put him at ease. Gemma told me that the attending technician would call half an hour before arriving and would call me when he was at the property.
The attending technician was a chap called jay he was so polite he was so helpful, he was so understanding and he did in fact call me 25 minutes prior to arriving which gave me enough time to warn my son and then he called me when he was out to say that he was here.
I've just called jay as I wanted to make sure that everything was okay and no messages needed to be relayed back to me because my son would surely forget and he again omitted kindness and patience understanding and a huge amount of empathy for my situation and showed nothing but genuine kindness.
Jay and Gemma surely turned this experience around for me and my son, they are both a wonderful credit to your business and I really felt that I needed to take the time out to celebrate them both and I hope that you can pass this on to them and celebrate them as well.
