Very highly trained experts
I have been to Phoenix Ultrasound several times now for both preventative screening and for an urgent screening for my mother. They are always brilliant - they are very highly trained experts, really kind and they have new scanners that are far better than the NHS. This really saved my mother when they discovered she had a large lump on her throat - they were able to assess whether it was likely to be cancerous with the new Sheer Wave Elastography scan and this greatly helped her Endocrinologist assess her condition and treat it as fast as possible.

Professional , competent and friendly
A fuss free, professional, competent and friendly experience. Good patient parking, on time and did not feel rushed through. Online booking was easy. Would highly recommended Phoenix Ultrasound. I was treated with care and concern.

Met all expectations and great sonographer
Relaxed experience, very well taken care of. Sonographer Elham was fantastic. Explained next steps for me and took the time to answer my husband's questions on the phone. Report received quickly with the images. Really great experience that met all my expectations. Could not ask for more. Free car park to the front of the building a bonus.

Good experience at scan appointment
Easy to book an appointment, arrived on time and seen promptly. Staff was courteous and helpful. Scan was performed confidently and efficiently. Scan report and scan data were transmitted by email promptly. Report was clear and scan data could be readily interpreted.

Excellent service from start to finish.
Was able to book on Saturday morning for a scan the same afternoon, which was very reassuring as I was concerned about some unusual symptom.
Results came through very quickly and with all the information needed.
