Pending a further response from Phoenix. I am concerned about the quality of the report and the 'unblinding' of previous measurements. I can find no evidence in my email system of the reply that they say they made to my query.

I am pleased to report a positive experience, from initial booking, the moment I was collected from reception, introduced to Alireza the Ultrasound Specialist and throughout the scanning. My medical history and concerns were discussed in a relaxed atmosphere and during the scanning process, the relevance of findings and images on the screen were clearly explained to me and the written report was promptly received. I will not hesitate to attend again, having already recommended this service to friends. Thank you Alireza.

I had an appointment with the NHS for an ultrasound on my legs in September but wanted it earlier.
I called Phoenix Ultrasound and they could fit me in last Saturday at Banstead. I saw a lovely gentleman, Dr Ali, who was very thorough and caring. Dr Ali said that I would get the results very quickly and he called me on Sunday to let me know that he had sent them to me by email. All very impressive.
If I ever needed another ultrasound in the future I would definitely call Phoenix again.

Very easy to book. Upon arrival seen promptly. The doctor was very informative and listened to my concerns with genuine interest. While the ultra sound was taking place he explained things in detail and made sure I understood.

I recently had an ultrasound scan on my knee at the Banstead clinic. Staff were friendly and the Sonographer was very thorough. A detailed report, along with images, were emailed to me on the same day. I was very impressed with the service I received from Phoenix-Ultrasound.

I have been to Phoenix Ultrasound several times now for both preventative screening and for an urgent screening for my mother. They are always brilliant - they are very highly trained experts, really kind and they have new scanners that are far better than the NHS. This really saved my mother when they discovered she had a large lump on her throat - they were able to assess whether it was likely to be cancerous with the new Sheer Wave Elastography scan and this greatly helped her Endocrinologist assess her condition and treat it as fast as possible.
