I recently had surgery and was incredibly impressed with the care I received during my hospital stay. My surgeon, Ms. Darrian, was absolutely amazing—her expertise and compassion made all the difference in my experience. Dr. Sharif was also excellent, providing thorough and clear information every step of the way.

The entire staff was fantastic, always attentive and supportive, which made my stay as comfortable as possible. I am deeply grateful for the exceptional care I received and highly recommend this Phoenix to anyone in need of their medical services.

A special shout out to the nurses on shift of an evening also, always so attentive.

My experience with phoenix from start to finish has been amazing. I cannot fault them at any point. They have supported me all the way and have give me all the information I have needed at every stage. All the staff at every appointment have been lovely. The nurses when I had my operation were fantastic and I cannot praise my consultant enough. Mr Almerie phoned me a few days before the operation and came in too see my quite a few times before and after the procedure. Thankyou to everyone involved.

From the beginning of my journey the phoenix team have been so very helpful and kind. Nothing is too much for them. They are warm welcoming and make you feel at ease. Mr Almerie gave me a call before my surgery to speak about the procedure and make sure I was well informed. He also visited before my surgery an twice after. The whole experience from start to finish with Phoenix was fantastic; I couldn’t fault it. My surgeon was Mr Almerie and he was incredibly informative and friendly, making me feel very at ease. Mr Almerie called me a couple of days prior to the surgery to explain the procedure, he introduced himself in person on the morning of the surgery and visited me twice afterwards at my room to check my progress and answer any questions I had. The nurses and doctors couldn’t do enough for me, I felt in such good hands and I’m incredibly appreciative.

From the very first contact to the last phoenix health have been amazing.
I had bariatric surgery 2yrs ago and was always supported and kept upto speed with everything that was happening.
The aftercare and support is second to none and was always told that I could contact them anytime with anything that was an issue or bothering me.
I've just been signed off from them after my 2yr review but I know I can still contact them if needed.
I can only thank each and every person that has been involved with my case from the administrative team to the surgeons and everyone in between.

I had revision surgery on Wednesday 24th of July at The Pines Wythenshawe . I am under the excellent care of Phoenix Health.
I had a Roux-en-Y gastric bypass (RYGB) and removal of my gallbladder after previously having a mini gastric bypass abraod. This was to prevent the extreme acid reflux and GERD I was experiencing.
Mr Javed and Mr Almerie where my surgeons and I am so very grateful for the support and care they gave me. I was fully informed of all the procedures that I was going through and at all times I felt in safe hands.
The nurses at the hospital were outstanding. The care I received was excellent.
Everyone I dealt with from Phoenix and The Pines have been professional, and kind.
I am now home recovering after being discharged yesterday.
Thank you all again for the excellent care I received, I now feel that I can get my life back after months of suffering with chronic symptoms.

Every single person I spoke to at Phoenix went above and beyond to help me and make me feel secure in my decision to go for surgery. All of my queries were answered quickly and efficiently and nothing I asked seemed too much trouble for them. All of the staff are really friendly and approachable and I would highly recommend booking your surgery through Phoenix.
I had a Gastric Bypass at The Pines Hospital in Manchester and my surgeon was Mr Javed. All of the staff at the pines were incredibly caring and I could not have been looked after any better. Mr Javed worked his magic and I am already at home recovering 2 days later thanks to everybody’s help and support at The Pines.

I was treated with respect and dignity at all times. My referral went through quickly and nothing was too much trouble. My surgery was completed at the Pines Hospital by Mr Duncan Stewart where I was also treated with respect and dignity at all times. I was put at ease straight away and was always kept in the loop by Mr Stewart and his colleagues, regarding which surgery I would be having. And also in my care that followed. I would happily recommend Phoenix Health/Pines Hospital.

IDare if my procedure was October 21 but my review is about ongoing treatment and aftercareSo professional but so friendly at the same time I took their 5 year plan and iim in my 3rd year lost almost 90% of my excess body fat and I'm sure it is down to the continual support that's at hand when I need it. I had an amazing experience with Phoenix and The Pines. I had my mini bypass done there.
I was treated in a most luxurious room with a private bathroom. The staff rotated every 12 hours, and I received exactly the same level of professional support and care. 👏 I can't believe all those months of constant worry are gone. I had my gastric bypass surgery yesterday 17th July 24 . My consultant Bariatric surgeon -Mr Qutayba Almerie Did a fantastic job on my surgery , very neat ! From our first to last meeting he showed his professionalism, at explaining everything in depth, putting myself at ease , very friendly to everyone.his calmness makes you feel calm and not worried , I’m relaxing in my hospital room now! and going home tomorrow morning .

I have been waiting for bariatric surgery for a couple of years. The day finally arrived and from my FTF with the anaesthetist and the dietitian to me pre-op the staff from Phoenix were amazing. Very friendly and welcoming and tried to make the experience as stressless as possible. My surgeon was very down to earth and approachable and the whole thing was great. I was guided the whole way.

I had an amazing experience with Phoenix and The Pines. From start to finish I was kept informed and looked after. Would recommend this service to anyone considering bariatric surgery.

After set backs due to MRSA positive swabs (I work in hospital and bound to pick up) I got my surgery 2 days ago and I'm home. The care was 5 stars and the staff were easy to approach and made the experience so much less anxiety riddled as I would make it.

I had Bariatric Sleeve Surgery & a Hiatus Hernia repair done by a talented surgeon Mr Q Almerie.
From meeting the team in May for an initial consultation at Frodsham , Cheshire to discuss what Bariatric Surgery involved.
Followed by various telephone appointments. I felt full informed to move forward with surgery, after much deliberation.
To my surprise the surgery co-ordinater had a surgery date of 29/6/24. OMG, ten days to prepare!
Wednesday 26/6 at Pines Clinic Manchester had my Pre-Op with Bariatric Registrar, Anethesist, Nurse. By chance I met Mr Almerie followed up by a phone call on Friday who gave me the confidence and assurance to proceed which I needed.
I can’t thank enough the Pines Team who were amazing, very attentive & kept me positive for my new journey. I am so appreciative of the entire team who are compassionate, kind and the professionalism is brilliant. Thank You 😁

I had a mini bypass and my surgeon was Mr Almerie. After speaking to him before the surgery I was put at ease, he answered any questions I had and was happy to repeat himself on the day of my surgery. The whole team at the Pines were excellent, very attentive and friendly especially throughout what felt like the longest night for me. I would recommend anyone to them.
