I began on Mounjaro and later switched to Wegovy when prices increased, all with their support. The process was straightforward and professional throughout.

I was very unsure about taking Mounjaro and they are not the cheapest BUT it has so far been a very easy informative and great weightloss journey for me.

Excellent company, always keep in touch to check progress, they do a thorough assessment before purchase to check you are eligible for the treatment, and check all medical background, they warn you of side effects and what to do if they occur.
Prescriptions come well packaged and kept cold in insulated packaging, prescription box has all your detail on the box as well as dosage. After care is also great.
I lost 3 stone using mounjaro, can’t recommend it enough. Great company.

From consultation to delivery and support has been commandfull. I have been on monjaro for over 8 months and I am on the decreasing dosage now that I have lost 20 kilograms. It allowed me to have better relationship with food, but one suggestion to all do not overdue it to quickly it can make you sick, go up slowly in dosage and down slowly once you reached your bodyweight preference. Remember to maintain it do some workout if you can to mantain body mass.

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Absolutely disappointed I was already under a weight loss journey referred by my doctor by a nutrition Coach because of health issues and life changes I was told I had to change my lifestyle as I have raised blood sugar and on meds for bp and statin for high cholesterol also joint pain due to osteoarthritis and at risk of heart problems, and pr-diabetes had already done most of the hard work myself through diet but couldn’t budge the last stone and all I needed was your help to get rid of this last stone too much trouble going round and round In circles back and forth with health history passport, three pictures one taken from the side one taken from the front and a picture of me on the scales sent out all the things I needed to you this was 28th of February. We are now on 11th of March. I ended up cancelling it because despite sending all the documents and information you needed it’s been taken too long so I’ve now cancelled it now. Please send me my money back to the account it came from and I’ll go elsewhere for the mounjaro slimming pen which I will get because I work in a large supermarket that as a pharmacy in the building and I will get 20% discount due to being staff at this supermarket, now I would like the refund thank you.

Phlo is a great company to purchase from. I’ve never had any problems ordering my next product and it keeps in me the loop with my weight loss journey. They also send encouraging messages and if you refer a friend or family member, you can both get money off your order. Overall 5 stars.

I placed an order for weight loss jab. Sent all relevant documents/ photos. But after 2 days the order was still under review. I cancelled, thinking I'd use my regular supplier as its much more straightforward. PHLO clinic had taken my money and 4 days later I'm still waiting for £269 to be returned. Terrible service. I don't recommend.

When i decided to go with Phlo, i must admit i was somewhat dubious.
The support i recieved was exeptional.
I started my weight loss journey at chrismas, weighing in at 16 stone plus.
We are now in March and i weigh 13Stone & 13lbs.
I now visit the Gym 3 times a week, i will acheive my goal of 12 stone, and really appreciate the support from Phlo...
