Wonderful service every time
I have used Philip Harris for many years now, their customer service, technical support and provision really is second to none.
They are friendly, helpful and they work hard to provide support to schools in which ever way they can. I really don't have a negative word to say about them!

Prompt problem solving
I was reactivating our school account after a couple of years and hit a snag with the delivery address, which did not show up until after the courier had been instructed. My concern was addressed very promptly and professionally, leading to a successful and quick delivery. Excellent communication from Phillip Harris throughout, including weekend emails! Very happy.

Amazing service, as always!
I've used Philip Harris for a number of years at both my current and previous schools. The equipment is always top quality and delivered quickly.
Today was amazing! I ordered online yesterday (so easy - what a great system) and the order came today, fantastic!
I did have to call as a single item was missing and the issue was resolved really quickly, it's coming next week.
I mentioned to the lady I spoke to (I'm so sorry I didn't make a note of her name) that I was surprised the plastic measuring cylinders come plastic wrapped. She explained they come like that from the supplier in order for them not to get scratched but it's a shame they can't simply wrap a piece of paper around them.

I needed to contact customer services regarding a problem and the issue was resolved straightaway. This is the first time I have had to contact them though as normally, everything is right first time. I highly recommend this company.

Really speedy service. Answered the phone straight away, no being put on hold and was cheery and helpful throughout. Advised me on how to order online rather than having to pick up the phone.
