Having used another online pharmacy before where I experienced delays in my delivery I have had a great experience with Pharmacy Prime. They check in with you and their parcels always arrive on time.

From the start I was given all the information I needed regarding taking Mounjaro but I was also given links to further sites on diet and exercise so it’s the complete package you are paying for. The instructions i received with my kit are easy to follow and although I was nervous about injecting myself for the first time it couldn’t have been easier and even better, pain free. I had no discernible side effects and it affected my appetite from day one. I’m so happy with the results from my first pen that I’ve decided to continue on the program until I’ve reached my weight goal.

From the initial consultation to ordering my second pen Pharmacy Prime have been great. I like that I can speak to someone on the phone if needed and any email enquiries are quickly replied to. The regular emails to check how I am getting on as well as tips to help with water intake, food choices and encouraging being active are so helpful. You feel well supported on the weight loss journey which is really positive.

Late delivery. I was told that if I ordered quite early in the morning; which I certainly did; then I would receive the voltarol on the same day. I actually did NOT receive it until 4-5 days later.

Professional initial consultation to assess my suitably and following this received my first months dose and the recommended lowest level. It must best stressed this is a lifestyle change and you have to totally buy into this. 3 weeks down 5kg no side effects no energy lapses , feel great. The team is very responsive and support your journey from start to finish. I receive regular email information in the form of a newsletter and full access to a support team if I have concerns or questions.

Unfortunately I had an issue with the delivery timing of my medicine (Royal Mail issue not PP) and Rachel and the team were so helpful finding a resolution. I have now started my medication and so far have had no side effects and feeling good.
