No product and no refund
I ordered product which they accepted and took payment for. The following day they cancelled my order and said a refund has been sent. This is not acceptable. A month has gone by and no refund has been received by my bank. I have contacted them twice and the bank are looking into it but not hopeful. Money should never be taken before relevant checks are made.

Thank you for your review.
To clarify, orders for pharmacy medications are not captured by us. These transactions are held in "pending" by your banking providers and thus, will be taken from your account but remain within your banking ecosystem. Once a transaction is voided, your bank is notified & it can then take them up to 5 days for them to release the funds back into your account. If an order is clinically approved, however, we will then and only then manually capture the pending transaction.
We're sorry you're having a difficult time receiving your refund but we are more than happy to provide evidence from our side showcasing that no money was taken to support you with your banking provider.

What a great service
What a great service , was a bit apprehensive as there are so many different sites but after reading reviews myself I decided why not ! Great service spoke to a real person easy to order I’m just 4 weeks in and lost 4 kg , delivery is superb royalmail and came discreetly packed in cold packaging with everything you need . Online communication very prompt and tips and support throughout even getting a discount as it’s my birthday which is fantastic. Thanks so much I’m feeling great and looking forward to my journey to my target weight

Excellent provider
My second pen is on the way and the first month has been a big success for me. Long may it continue. I feel I can trust in the medication provider and I certainly feel very well supported. Their comms are excellent with speedy replies given to any queries I have. I highly recommend and my son is going to sign up later this week.
