Very professional pharmacist.
I had a good experience at the pharmacy every thing was explained to me about my 24 hour bp monitor and my results the following day, also what I should expect when the GP gets my results.

The entire team at the Ilkley Pharmacy + store on Springs Lane provide an excellent level of service. However busy they are always friendly and professional. Plus they always seem prepared to go the “extra mile” for their customers.

Always a pleasant and lovely experience. Moved to this pharmacy some years ago for routine meds and each interaction has been friendly. I've been advised on further support available from the NHS and the team explain clearly their processes to me. I called re blood pressure check to support an external application and this was done with ease and a giggle between us, thanks all 😊
