I went here for some medication and I was offered a free blood pressure check. With this we found some underlying issues unknown to me. These are now being treated and I can't thank the staff enough. The team work amazingly and are very friendly every time I go. Keep up the hard work guys and thank you for everything .

I think I will pay for services here rather than use the NHS wherever I can. I got to book a time which was convenient for me. I didn’t need to do some ridiculous 8am phone line hunger games scenario to book the appointment- just chose the time slot online. Turned up. Took way less than the allotted time. Was in and out in less than 10 mins from walking in the door and I honestly felt like I had been transported to a different world where medical appointments are easy!
I appreciate not everyone can pay for services - but if you can and you want easy because of work or other commitments - strongly strongly recommend doing so. Very happy

The appointment was cancelled yesterday…
The appointment was cancelled yesterday morning (by Voice mail) 30 minutes before it was due to happen. The message said they would call back in around an hour - I’m still waiting! My husband had an audiologist appointment this morning and needed his ears syringed before he went so I was left scrabbling around to find another appointment. Fortunately the Hearing Clinic in Harrogate were able to help.

Jabless and back to square one
I booked a private Covid jab from the branch in Fulford, York. I received a reminder message and all seemed fine, but when I came to the appointment the staff had no knowledge of the booking and the person who was meant to administer the jab no longer worked there. Don't count on the online booking being accurate.

My appointment was with a friendly and informative person who went through the whole process with me once we started she constantly asked if I was ok which I appreciated,she was very efficient and basically walked me through the whole process and informed me what after care I needed to do, I can now hear now what a relief
