Unethical sharks, not who they purport to be.

Charged me twice for call outs for a boiler which has failed. Paid for two hours at £230, got 25 mins and no solution. One of the co-directors left me with no heating or hot water in the coldest week of the year, minus temperatures, and my partner is 7 months pregnant. Never even responded to my messages asking for a report even though I'd paid for an hours service and got less than half that.

Other firms Ive spoken to are shocked at their behaviour. Their pricing is crazy and unethical. They fundamentally dont care. Another firm is picking up the pieces and was messaging me at 11pm trying to help. These guys wont even return your calls.

Shocking and shameful that you pretend to be about protecting people from rogue traders.

i had an airlock problem but I didn’t know what this was or where it was coming from until PH247 came down and explained clearly and it caused a poor water flow caused by the airlock fault. They arrived quickly and on time, explained the procedure and followed through with excellent work. They maintained very good communication. When they arrived they managed to identify the problem straight away, showing how experienced and talented the team are, the quoted me an excellent price (cheapest quote i got was from here) and fixed the problem in no time.
