Have used Petstay for many years and always professional, caring and well managed. My dogs aren't the easiest but all the carers wonderful and I completely trust and feel comfortable leaving them knowing they will be so well looked after. Claire is welcoming, confident and makes you feel so reassured, my dogs love going to stay with Claire and her family. Highly recommended

I have been using PetStay for a number of years. An excellent and friendly service from start to finish. Any enquiries and requests are dealt with promptly and efficiently. The carers I have used are very kind and caring. They treat my doggies like they’re part of the family. I have never had a reason to worry about anything and can fully enjoy days away and longer holidays knowing my two doggies are well looked after. A brilliant service I can wholeheartedly recommend.

When we drop off our 11 year old cocker spaniel with Lauren at Pet Stay she runs in happily and makes herself at home. We know she will be well cared for even although as an older dog there are a number of issues around her feeding and she can no longer dash around like she used to.
We also really value the clear communication with Lauren and the flexibility with drop off and collection times. After recently leaving Isla for ten days we collected a little dog who looked incredibly well cared for and happy.

Jazzy has just come back from her third stay at the lovely andreas and her doggy estelle and jazz loved it as usual got photos every day both dogs got on well proberbly because both romanian rescues.thank you again andrea see you soon x

We were apprehensive about leaving Rosa with June and Stephen as she does suffer from separation anxiety so we were so pleased to hear on the first day that she had settled well. We enjoyed getting the daily photos and updates from June. They kept her to her usual routine and she settled well and enjoyed all the love and attention. Perfect place to leave her, highly recommend and will definitely use again.

Our two year old Glen of Imaal Terrier has stayed with Jacqui & Ray several times and on this occasion he stayed for three weeks. He certainly makes himself at home and runs in to greet them when we drop him off. They both clearly love dogs and he is thoroughly spoilt when he is with them getting lots of attention and cuddles. Jacqui send regular updates to let us know how he is and what he has been doing. We have no worries whatsoever about leaving him with them. It's like a second home for him and he has a great time on his holidays.

Everything about the service is amazing, getting in touch, keeping in touch, payments, meeting up and goodbyes. Barbara matched us very well and I can’t thank her enough for this. It was the first time we left our boy and we were so nervous but Julie eased that anxiety straight away. We recieved daily updates and even though he was a handful as puppies are she looked after him so well. Thank you so much ladies ❤️

Michelle took great care of our spaniel, we got regular updates and our dog was very comfortable and happy in her care. Highly recommend petstay.

Our dogs stayed with Claire for the whole month of February 2026. I didn’t like leaving them for this long, so it was very reassuring knowing they were very settled from the outset and being cared for in a caring and safe environment. When we collected them they were both just as healthy as when we left them, so despite having being cared for by people they hardly knew initially, they were both obviously very happy. From day 1 the photos showed 2 happy dogs confident in their holiday home.

We were let down last minute Petstay saved our trip! After speaking to Jason he managed to find us a lovely couple to watch him. He loved his time with them and we were able to enjoy our trip knowing he was being well cared for. We were given regular updates and he looked like he was having the time of his life.

I was extremely anxious about leaving Daisy. She's hardly from my side so we needed to make sure we found tge perfect fit. Barbara was so helpful in listening to Daisy and my needs and she found us the perfect match in Eileen! We had a pre meeting which again Eileen was very attentive and listened to my needs for Daisy, really made me feel at ease abiut leaving her. It was only for a few days but Daisy was so happy and content with Eileen. I hightly recommend Barbara and Eileen. Will definitely be trusting them again!

We are extremely impressed by the high standard of Pet Stay’s service. For the first time in our lives, we left our boxer Lily in their care, and it exceeded our expectations. Manager Ruth did an amazing job meeting all our needs, calming our worries, and selecting a wonderful caregiver for Lily—Pauline. Pauline is an angel, with a huge heart for dogs, incredibly warm, caring, and genuinely devoted. We are very happy to have met Pauline and will stay with her for a long time.

To anyone seeking a responsible company for their pets, we wholeheartedly recommend Pet Stay. Professional service, great communication at every step, and a real sense of security from the start of the collaboration. Thank you so much—our Lily probably had the best holiday under Pauline’s care.

Frankie, our cockapoo, stayed with Tracey for the first time and was very well integrated with her family and her cockapoo Elsie. We were a little anxious but Tracy put our minds at rest, sending photos and videos of him interacting with them, looking very happy and relaxed.
We will definitely be requesting a home stay with Tracy on our next break away.
This was our first experience with PetStay and we are very happy with their service and organisation, we highly recommend them for a pet home stay experience.

Was so worried about leaving my fur baby with someone I didnt know but I didnt need to worry he had a brilliant time with Eileen went to a coffee morning with her and had lots of fuss and attention of Eileen and her neighbours he settled in so well and when I went to collect him Eileen was upset to see him leave and said I'd love to keep him hes brilliant im so happy that my baby had a good time and when I go away again I will request for him to stay with Eileen as he settled so well and she was brilliant with him thank you so much ❤️ xx

This was the first time I've had to leave Fergal with someone other than family since I got him (he's 10 this year), so I was a little apprehensive ... but absolutely no need. We both met Julie in advance of the stay and she also took him for a walk so she could get to know him which made the whole thing such a positive experience. While I was away I got constant updates and photos ... of him making himself very much at home ... which really put my mind at rest & meant I could enjoy my time away. Huge thank you to Julie (& Barbara for matching us) and we're both looking forward to his second stay with you in May x

Exceptional care
From the moment I contacted Petstay, they went above and beyond to find someone to look after my dog at short notice while I went to a hospital appointment.

The service provided was friendly, flexible, and reliable. I would happily entrust them to look after my pet again in future.

We have been using PetStay for a numbers of years now the service is easy to use and gives us great peace of mind whenever we go away. Our pooch Barney always stays with Jill, he’s an anxious little chap so it has been great for him to have the consistency of the same sitter. He particularly enjoys cuddles on their sofa and treats their place like a home from home.

Willow runs into Sue and Simon's home everytime....that's how I know she loves it there! She is always excited to see them and genuinely squeals with excited at their front door.
I love her staying there whilst we go on holiday as I know she has the absolute best time, gets taken on lots of walkies, gets to meet other familiar dogs and gets treated just like she would at home. I could not ask for better family home for her to go to. Sue also sends me videos and pictures of Willow having fun whilst we are away too, I love this and it makes all the difference seeing that she is happy and safe. Thank you for taking the best care of her always!

What made the visit great was the fact that Jasper and Paddy were obviously so content to be at Marie and Dave’s house 🏠 that they were not desperately looking for us to come through the door when I went to collect them You know when your dog is happy or not happy and Jasper and Paddy were very happy staying with Marie and Dave.?

George & Christine’s house is now Ned’s second home.
He absolutely loves staying with them. He is so happy to see them & they are equally happy to see him.
We are just over the moon that we found this lovely couple to look after Ned.
