I was nervous to leave Skye with a boarder for the first time so it was fantastic to meet Claire beforehand. This really helped put my mind at ease that Skye would have a fantastic holiday at the same time as us. Claire was wonderful: she sent us pictures every day of the lovely walks as well as updates. The arrangements through Petstay East Lancs & Bury were very professional. I will be using this service again!

We're very happy with the service that Petstay provides, Bertie loves his time with his carers (and their dog!) Everything is always very organised and professional and we feel very confident in entrusting our little dog to their care and service.

Seamus is now 7 and we have used PetStay regularly since he was a puppy. He had another wonderful stay with Alice and Bernard recently. He was so well looked after which makes it easier to leave him to go on holiday. I’m not too sure that he wanted to come home.

Jenny and Mark were fantastic with Eric, I cannot praise them enough. Eric can be a bit anxious but I knew that he would be looked after really well. He's normally a bit fussy with food but he was so relaxed he ate well. Photos and videos were shared daily. We would highly recommend.

Lola had another lovely stay with Jane recently. We first used Petstay 5 years ago, when Lola was just 6 months old and she been going to the same Carer ever since. Jane always updates us as to what Lola has been doing etc and continues to send us photos too. Having Jane care for Lola has made going abroad still possible, as we are confident that the care she gets whilst we are away, is excellent. Thank you Jane & Petstay.

Our dog had a lovely time staying with Geraldine. We had no concerns on leaving her for the first time as we had met Geraldine beforehand and knew she was the perfect fit for Lola. Geraldine kept in touch and sent lovely photos to us while we were away to reassure us that Lola was being well cared for. From the first chat with Jane when we put the feelers out to Petstay, we knew that what they had to offer was going to work for us. We can’t recommend Petstay or Geraldine enough. Any dog that gets to stay with Geraldine is a very lucky pooch! She’s a beautiful person who is so kind and caring and if Lola could talk I think she would be singing Geraldine’s praises loud and clear….

Excellent service from Tony (Wirral).
Sent regular messages, photos and videos as he knew this was the first time leaving Titch.
Had a meet and greet 1 week prior which really put our minds at ease to see where Titch would be staying and gave us chance to let Tony walk Titch to ensure he was ok with him (2 year old black lab).
Can not recommend Tony high enough - he was excellent and a lovely person.

Left “Leah” with Susan & Brian in Inverness for a few days holiday. Can only say how pleased I was with the experience.

It was easy to book and all the information I required was provided by Catriona prior to her stay. Susan and Brian are clearly animal lovers and Leah settled in well and I received texts from Susan to confirm everything was ok during the few days I was away.

At the end of the week when I collected Leah she was happy and not stressed in the slightest which confirmed to me how well she’d been treated by Susan and Brian.

I wouldn’t hesitate to use the service again and have already recommended it to a friend.

In the past, we've entrusted Gerri and Mike with our beloved Cocker Spaniel, and it has been a wonderful experience. Our dog, Teddy, thoroughly enjoys his time with them. Gerri keeps us updated with pictures of Teddy either playing during walks or lounging around at home. Knowing that Teddy is in great hands allows us to truly relax and appreciate our vacation. The only concern we have is that he might enjoy their company too much and be reluctant to leave! We wholeheartedly endorse Petstay with Gerri and Mike.

Had dogs in boarding kennels not a great experience. Heard of Petstay word of mouth and glad we did . Our spoilt dog was looked after brilliantly in a caring home .

Ollie has stayed with Mandy several times a year for a few years now. He loves spending time with her and she is brilliant with him. Ollie is an older dog (14) so I do worry about him but Mandy keeps in touch with messages and photos letting me know how he is while he is staying with her. Ollie is happy so I am happy.

We are so lucky to have Sophia as our carer when I am away and recently had a few trips and we always know that Ruby is in the best hands. She has been on some wonderful walks and Sophia is more than accommodating to Ruby's needs whether it's where she wants to sleep, what toy to chew, or any healthcare needs. We're so grateful, thank you Sophia and 110% recommended!

My JRT, Gus, had a fab time with his Petstay sitter. Would highly recommend.

Huge thank you to Claire and her family for giving our dog the best holiday while we were on holiday, particularly as it was over the Christmas period. We are incredibly lucky to have PetStay as an alternative to kennels as it offers a real home from home.

Our dog Rosie had a great few days with Sophia who not only gave her lots of cuddles and play, but kept her safe in the snow. We have used PetStay several times and cannot recommend them highly enough! Rosie always has the best time and we feel so assured knowing she is having a great holiday whilst we are away!

We had Melvin and Wendy watch our Bonnie for 3 weeks while we were in Australia. This was our first time leaving Bonnie for so long with ANYONE. Having been abandoned at the rescue once, she’s naturally very nervous and anxious when we separate. By the time we picked her back up, you would think she LIVED with Wendy and Melvin lol her actions showed us that they treated her so lovingly. They were very communicative throughout the 3 weeks, sending us photos and updates, and giving her their full attention despite having an emergency themselves- she was never not cared for. We felt so at ease almost immediately after leaving her with them and we are so glad to have found them as dog sitters so we can continue to use them as Bonnie’s carers from here on out! I would recommend PetStay, Wendy, & Melvin in a heartbeat.

Our dogs stayed with Margaret and Charlie for two weeks while we were away and had a fabulous time. Margaret gave us regular updates and also made them a lovely cosy den on Bonfire Night and gave them their meds to make sure they were safe and calm. It made a huge difference knowing they were so well looked after and cared for. It's like they're going on their holidays when they go for a stay.

We were so happy with Pet Stay, who introduced us to our pet sitters, Jenny & Mark in their lovely home. Lottie was certainly looked after well with updates every day with photos. We felt very content knowing Lottie was in such a caring environment & being totally spoilt! Think she’ll want us to go away again soon. Big thank you!

Eileen was amazing with Molly, she enjoyed her stay. She was very thorough and gave me feedback when I collected her. I had never used a pet sitter before so was very nervous about it, but Molly loved her little holiday. I would definitely use this service again. Thanks Eileen for taking such good care of my baby ❤️❤️❤️
