The cage was shipped quickly. Great size for 2 budgies and cockatiel… the budgies cannot escape!
I really liked the personal touch, a letter and also a photo of the packing before the cage was sent.
The seed guard is useless.. I have to figure out how to position the food dishes.

Back in december, I ordered a cage from them. What I received from was a cage with severals issues. I strongly recommend shopping elsewhere if you care about the lives of your birds.

In many places, the bar spacing is way off because the welding was botched. What I received after paying almost 400$ was a cage with several spots through which my cockatiels could stick their heads and get stuck. This is an issue that any bird owner who does their research would know can be fatal.

When I contacted the company, they initially claimed shipping damage and told me to fix it myself with pliers. When I pointed out the welding issues to them, I was told I was only nitpicking and what basically amounted to them saying I shouldn't expect quality from them since their product is so cheap.

I still have not been reimbursed and am stuck with a dangerous, unsable and expensive cage.

I know everything about owning a bird is expensive, but don't be like me and try to save on a cage by going for a cheaper option. It could be a waste of money AND a hazard to your bird's life.

All in all, a terrible client and customer service experience.

Edit: as I see this company is once again claiming shipping damages, I would like to reiterate that the biggest issue is the poor quality of their product. I have pictures where you can clearly see that the spacing issue is a welding problem, which doesn't happen during shipping. I would be all too happy to share photo evidence if I could as well as screenshots of this company claiming that you shouldn't expect quality for the price you pay for their products. (These screenshots have in fact been posted to their facebook reviews so I would recommend anyone considering this company to check it out there)

Excellent/beautiful/sturdy product, arrived quickly and customer service follow up was smooth (replacement of a plastic part that broke during shipping). I highly recommend this product!

I would have to say Matt made my experience fantastic. My birds cage latch broke and he was able to ensure I got one quickly. I received my order within a couple days and was able to install the new latch yesterday. I also did an order for some toys and the quality it what’s I expected 👍👍👍
