I am extremely disappointed with the service. I booked a refill cylinder on 10th November 2025, but it was never delivered. When I contacted the dealer, Bangarusai, Kukatpally, on 28th November 2025, I was informed that my booking had been cancelled. When I asked for the reason, they claimed it was cancelled due to delayed delivery and that they “cannot hold a booking for a longer time due to service constraints.”
The delay was entirely from their side, yet they cancelled the order and asked me to rebook. I booked the cylinder again on 29th November 2025, but even now it has not been delivered. They are also not responding to my calls—despite calling their direct number 9248017717 multiple times, not even once did they answer.
Is this the level of service expected from Bharatgas? This experience has been extremely frustrating and unacceptable. I request immediate action and resolution.
