Thank you for the honest write up, and we're sorry your first days felt this rough. You're right that onboarding emails should arrive promptly, and never near a spam folder. That feedback has gone straight to the team.
On support: we can see your ticket from 11 July and our reply on 13 July checking everything was sorted, but no refund request has reached us on our side unfortunately.
On the course itself: the artist masterclasses are deliberately experience led, because hearing how those careers were really built is part of the value. The practical, step by step teaching lives in the structured course paths, over 130 lessons per course, with exercises and weekly live mentoring and feedback. We'd have loved you to reach that part, and we know the format suits some learners more than others.

This is a brilliant read, thank you. You've zeroed in on the thing we're proudest of: opportunities and real tutor support, under one roof, actually within reach. "Value for money is unmatched" is high praise and we don't take it lightly. But the line that lands most is "they genuinely want you to grow", because that's the bit you can't fake and can't teach, the tutors either mean it or they don't, and ours do. Hi there, thanks for taking the time, even if we're clearly not walking away with a passing grade here. A few things worth clarifying, for you and anyone reading.
Carl Cox is one of our tutors, alongside Pete Tong, Diplo, Adam Beyer, Nicole Moudaber and others. They teach through the courses themselves and appear in live sessions, while weekly mentoring and feedback come from our pro tutor team. The comparison with free YouTube tutorials comes up sometimes, and the honest answer is that what you're paying for isn't information, it's structure: each path runs 130+ lessons with exercises, tests and a progression that builds week on week, which is exactly what scattered videos can't give you.
On the community: it's not a place to passively admire other DJs, it's where members get feedback on their work, enter contests with partners like Elrow, Beatport and Ministry of Sound, and submit tracks to our Label Radar. Students have gone from those activities to playing real club slots. Promotion and mutual support aren't opposites in this industry; every working DJ does both.
If the beginner path sat below where you already are, that's fair feedback and we've taken it. And if you'd like us to look at anything on your account, please open a ticket inside our help center (inside the e-campus) and one of our tutors will pick it up.

Hi, thank you for laying all of this out. Underneath the ten points we read one thing clearly: you've put serious work in and you don't feel it's been seen. That lands, and we want to respond properly.
First, the concrete one: your DJ course progress should not have been reset in the platform transition. Please open a support request ticket inside the help center of your campus profile and the team will look at restoring it. On exams, we hear you: the education team is reviewing how to give students more detailed feedback after a test without compromising the exam itself. On the contest, selections follow the published rules of each activity, and if something looked off in the one you entered, tell in the help center which activity and we'll check it. On the posts: community guidelines shape where self-promotion lives on the Campus, and that's never a judgement on the work itself. Same with the logo request, which is licensing housekeeping, nothing more.
Your talent doesn't need our permission, but the effort you've described deserves a proper look at your case. The door's open.

Hi, thank you for writing this with the fairness you did, and let's start with the part that's simply wrong: you paid for the year, so being locked out and prompted to subscribe again is a fault on our side, not a payment issue on yours. please open a support ticket inside the help center of the campus and the team will restore your access as a priority.
On the teaching, we won't wave this away. Four lessons in, you were mostly in the experience-led part of the course, where the artists teach from lived practice rather than a script, and we hear that this landed as vague for you. The structured technique, exercises and step-by-step work build through the path, but if the foundations felt brushed over, that's feedback the education team should see, and it will.
One thing worth correcting for any beginner reading: you don't need expensive gear to start. A laptop is enough for the DJ course, a computer and headphones for production, and the lessons are built to work that way. If any moment suggested otherwise, we'd genuinely like to know which one.

Hi, let's deal with the charge first, because that matters more than anything else here. If you cancelled before your renewal date and were still charged, that's an error on our side and it will be put right, refund included. please open a support ticket inside the help center of the campus and the team will pull up your cancellation and billing history and sort it directly. You're also right that reaching support shouldn't have been a hunt, and we're acting on that.
On the course itself: the production path starts from foundations by design and builds toward the advanced material, but if the early lessons felt thin for where you already were, that's fair feedback and it goes to the education team.
