An order of 4 pairs of trousers
The trousers I ordered were delivered quickly. The order was accurate.
Surprisingly, 2 pairs fitted my husband and 2 didn't, yet I'd ordered all in the same size.
The fit was obviously key, but hadn't been brought to our attention that one was a far smaller waist fit.
It was efficiently sorted out, and the 2 pairs that were too tight were replaced, at no charge, for bigger and more comfortable trousers..

The waistcoat provides the needed warmth.
The waistcoat provides the warmth for which I was hoping. I would have expected the piece over the shoulders would have been a little broader but otherwise I find it a very acceptable addition to my wardrobe. Thank you.

My first purchase was unsuitable and my second unavailable despite still being on website. I was in communication with customer services and able to buy another size which proved suitable and arrived in time for the birthday it was for. It was lovely to deal with a human being by email and felt that somebody cared enough to help me solve my problem. Peter Christian items are always of good quality and in my exoerience always arrive on time.
