Comfort and style…
The shawl neck cardigans are by far the most comfortable woollen I've ever worn - which is why I now have 5 of them.
I know I can rely on consistently fine quality wear and friendly, efficient service from a firm which always lives up to its high reputation.

Yes BUT
I have once again been delighted with my recent purchase of a pair of cords except I think I sense a case of "sizeism". I need 29 inch inside leg but this is not available without a significant surcharge. Why cant you change your default size to 29 inces please?

Good Morning
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review for us.
We are glad to hear that you are pleased with your recent purchase, although we are sorry that the additional charge for a 29-inch inside leg has caused frustration.
We understand that getting the right fit is important and appreciate your suggestion about making this length more readily available.
We’ll certainly pass your comments on to our buying team for consideration.
Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts with us.

Sizing seems way out as I always buy 32 inch trousers and had to have both pairs of supposedly 32 inch trousers taken up by nearly 1.5 inches!

Good Morning
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review for us.
Please accept our apologies the leg length of your trousers wasn’t as expected and that both pairs needed taking up by nearly 1.5 inches.
We understand how frustrating this must be, especially when ordering a size you regularly wear.
Our high-rise trousers are designed to sit naturally at the waist, which can affect how the inside-leg length feels compared with a lower-rise style.
Depending on your proportions and preferred fit, you may find that a slightly shorter inside leg works better.
However, we appreciate that everyone is different, and we're always happy to offer sizing advice to help you find the most comfortable fit.
We’ll pass your comments on to our merchandise department for review, as consistent sizing is very important to us.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
Kind Regards
Customer Care Team
