Peter Barry Surveyors Anmeldelser

Super responsive surveyor, who conducted an extremely thorough survey for us. Shaun made time to investigate a couple of pieces before committing us to the full survey, and was happy to jump on a call and talk us through how to interpret the final report as first time buyers - would definitely recommend!

This company contacted me offering their services for a party wall agreement, for a loft conversion my neighbours were proposing to undertake.
I made contact with some questions and was impressed with the way in which my queries were answered. The staff I dealt with were polite and professional. They were thorough in the preparation of the party wall agreement. Would recommend.

Very pleased with their service, thank you

Our neighbour decided to make a planning application to build a two-story extension with the ground floor facing wall being built on the Party Wall boundary. From our first contact with PBS, through Trina, I found them to be responsive, knowledgeable and efficient. The site visit made by Katie was well planned and thorough and all subsequent questions were answered promptly. Highly recommended.

We recently worked with Justin and Niamh for our Level 3 survey and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From start to finish, they were professional, reassuring and incredibly thorough. Justin’s attention to detail and clear explanations gave us real confidence in our decision-making, while Niamh kept everything moving smoothly with friendly and efficient communication.

Buying a home can be stressful, but their calm, honest and expert approach made the whole process feel much easier. We’d recommend them without hesitation to anyone needing a detailed and trustworthy survey.

Professional advice given in a friendly manner. Clear and understandable explanation that enabled one to follow the nuances of Party Wall award process. Our surveyor was Jaynell; we highly recommend her for her excellent service.

Faultless service, persevered to the bitter end of a complex and sensitive party wall agreement. Answered promptly. I had a strong impression that James Mereweather really cares about his work and wants to do a good job. They made our build less stressful.
