I have arranged two separate surveys through Peter Barry recently. On both occasions I received very thorough and well written reports while the whole process was administered extremely efficiently and quickly. I would certainly use this company again and would be very happy to recommend ro others.

I needed a RICS report valuation on my late mother's property. Peter Barry Surveyors provided a fair quote from the sample of quotes I received. Steve was able to come out in a tardy manner, was very polite and professional, and provided the report shortly after. I also found the report and valuation to be a fair reflection of the property. I would be happy to recommend.

Callum Escott, appointed by Peter Barry, advised me on a party wall issue with my neighbour.
He was fantastic from day one, he kept me informed with the updated documentations sent to him and his assistant Jaynell was fantastic too as she kept me updated with the require documentation which I had to sign.
Despite my neighbour trying to cut corner by sending incorrect documentation to him, he makes sure all the correct documentations were sent according to Party Wall Act and the service was prompt and professional. He got job done so it was worth, and I am happy with the service, and I will use Peter Barry Surveyors again.

When Richmond council informed us that our neighbours was applying for permission to build a wrap around ground floor extension and a loft conversion.
