There was a delay because the vet had not mailed the original script, however Tara was very efficient in resolving the issue. I appreciated her helpfulness and professionalism.

Pet chemist are always helpful. the only thing i find is that if you have an auto delivery and its due on a certain day. it should be stated as that, not the day its going to be actioned and you receive it a week later.

Easy to order with good communication as to the status of the order

The products I ordered were just as described, excellent. Also the website is easy to navigate, and prices very reasonable. However, I was annoyed that the items were shown as in stock at time of order, but I was notified later that both items were unavailable. I had specifically ordered both items together so that I would qualify for free shipping. Once the products came back into stock, they were dispatched separately -so I not only had a shortage of my pet’s food, but I had to pay shipping costs for both items instead of no shipping cost at all. For this reason I’ll be hesitant to order from here again. I could have ordered from elsewhere, received my goods in a few days and paid less.

Misleading and dodgy delivery terms and conditions.

I was about to place an order for 6 packs of dog treats, deliver to a metro area, expecting the advertised free delivery to apply. However, at checkout, free shipping wasn't offered.

When I contacted customer service, I was told there were additional conditions that were not clearly stated on the website:

Free delivery only applies to orders under 1kg.
Free delivery is only available to selected metro areas for orders weighing between 1kg and 22kg.

These conditions weren't disclosed upfront, making the free delivery offer feel misleading. The whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth, and I won't be supporting a business that isn't transparent about its delivery terms.

I got the apoquel quick, I hope the chewable ones are the same as the tablet form, I haven’t started them yet as I still have some apoquel tablets

My order was split up leading to the first part getting a delivery charge which isnt right. The second part was out of stock for 24hrs then you shipped it. I am not happy that i got a delivery charge because you were out of stock with my permanent order.
