We booked our Inca trail with Peru Treks. I would highly recommend this company as everything was organised perfectly. A delightful team led by the fantastic guide Juan Carlos who was not only super knowledgeable, fun, as well as encouraging for the whole expedition. This company goes above and beyond- wonderful food, lovely porters, the best campsites. They take care of everything, you just need to walk all those steps and enjoy the hike to Macchu Picchu😊

We just got back from a four day backpacking trip with Peru tracks. Great time with the family, great Inca sites in history, the food was amazing and the family had a blast. We can’t wait to come back. Thank you, Peru Treks and our guide Juan Carlos.

The whole experience was great! Organization, food quality, great team, equipment and preparation. Information before and during the experience was also complete and clear.

We booked the Machu Picchu Full Day Tour with Peru Treks, and were so glad we did. They organized all logistics (door-to-door hotel transfers, Machu Picchu tickets, bus/train tickets, and a guide) for us. Darwin met us at our hotel a couple of days before our tour to walk us through what to expect, and he also picked us up and dropped us off at our hotel on the tour day. Darwin organized our lovely guide, Juan Carlos, who met us at Aguas Calientes train station and was with us the entirety of our stay in MP and AC. He was so kind and patient with our many questions and we were impressed with his vast knowledge about the Incas and MP. We immensely enjoyed our time with him exploring the incredible archeological site. It is clear they have been doing this a long time, as our tour was seamless. I highly recommend this tour operator - you won't regret it!

I did a 5 day trek to Machu Picchu with my parents and my brother and sister. Peru Treks took us on the trek. The porters carried all my clothes and extra stuff so my backpack was easy to carry. My favorite things on the trek were; the adventure, the sites to visit, the food - especially the noodles and the cake. The history was very interesting, and our guide Carlos was easy to communicate with.

We very felt well looked after by the Peru treks team. The communication was great, the food was exceptional, they gave us extra help when we were struggling, and our guide Carlos was quick to recognize the needs of our group.

La reserva de camino inca de 4 días fue muy fácil. El trato y la facilidad de pago e información.
La experiencia fue inolvidable. Gracias a los grandes paisajes que tienes la oportunidad de ver al caminar durante 4 días. Los porteadores, el cocinero y el guia del grupo hicieron que la experiencia fuera amable. Nos ayudaron en todo lo necesario, siempre con una gran sonrisa. No podríamos haberlo hecho sin el equipo increíble de Peru Treks.
Nuestro guia Juan Carlos fue el mejor. Atento, amable , simpático y con mucho conocimiento sobre la historia del camino.

We did the Inca Trail with Peru Treks, and it was an absolutely unforgettable experience!
Our guide, Juan Carlos, was phenomenal — he shared his passion for Inca culture with us in every explanation and made the whole journey come alive through his stories and enthusiasm. He was always there to encourage us and offer help, especially on the downhill sections.
A huge thank you as well to the porters, who carried all the equipment so we could fully enjoy the trek, and to the chef, for the delicious and varied meals that surprised us every day.
We highly recommend doing the Inca Trail with this team — you’ll feel safe, well taken care of, and experience the trail in the most authentic and memorable way!

What a wonderful experience! We were just two doing the Inca Trail and we felt super welcomed and really well taken care of. Our guide, Juan Carlos, was not only experienced (19 years doing the trail!) he was passionate and attentive!
The porter team was great and the food cooked by the cheff was delicious!

Wir haben mit Peru Treks den 2 Tage Short Inka Trail nach Macchu Picchu gebucht. Da wir mit einem Kleinkind gereist sind, war das schon ein ordentlich logistischer Aufwand. Peru Treks hat uns dabei beraten und sich um die ganze Organisation gekümmert und es hat alles blendend funktioniert. Alle Mitarbeitenden waren immer erreichbar und waren bestens informiert. Wer ein solches Unterfangen plant, sollte einen verlässlichen lokalen Partner Vorort haben und ich kann hierfür Peru Treks vorbehaltslos weiterempfehlen.

Lining up the details of the trip was easy and they were very responsive to all our questions. Our guide was very informative and we enjoyed our time with him. Our porters were awesome and the chef performed magic with all the meals out in the trail! I would highly recommend this company!!

ครั้งหนึ่งในชีวิตกับทริปมาชู ปิชู ที่สุดของทุกอย่าง ทั้งเดินเหนื่อยมากกก จนคิดว่าจะเดินไม่ไหวแล้ว แต่เจออาหารอร่อยมาก ลูกหาบน่ารักมากให้กำลังใจดีมากเพื่อนร่วมทริปที่สู้ตายด้วยกันมากและRonaldไกด์ลีดของเราก็น่ารักมากๆๆ หาเรื่องเล่าประวัติศาตร์ เรื่องเล่าสนุกๆมาช่วยให้กำลังใจให้เราเดินต่อกันไปได้ มองหน้าเพื่อนร่วมชะตากรรมระหว่างทางไปก็ขำไปว่าเรามาทำอะไรกันที่นี่ แต่พอมองไปข้างทางก็เจอกับวิวที่สวยที่สุดในชีวิตการเดินป่า เลยเป็นอารมณ์ สนุกประทับใจสุดๆแต่ทรมารขาสุดๆเลย ไม่เสียใจเลยที่ตัดสินใจไปทริปนี้ ถ้าไม่ได้เดิน4วันไปมาชูก็คงไม่ได้ประสบการณ์นี้ มาชู ปิชูก็คงไม่รู้สึกสวยเท่านี้

Great adventure! Team was prepared and professional! Guide was extremely knowledgeable and made you feel like you knew the history of the trail. Team worked hard to prepare you for each day. Meals were excellent and felt like they came from the heart, so good! Challenging experience on body and soul, worth every moment!

They were easy to communicate to and arrange everything with. The porters are heros and our guide was super knowledgeable and friendly. We had an amazing experience and would recommend these guys anytime!

Our experience on the four day three night Inca Trail with Juan Carlos was absolutely incredible. From the start to the finish, we felt like we had our own personal tour and the entire team made our dream holiday come true. We felt incredibly welcome. The porters, while shy, were adorable and incredibly kind, and their work ethic was unparalleled. Javier, the chef was spectacular and left us amazed each meal with how he could pull off such feast so far from civilization! Juan Carlos was the absolute best, and I would recommend him to anyone wishing to explore the Inca Trail. His passion for his country and its history was incredible. We have absolutely loved our time on the Inca Trail with the boys from Peru Treks.

Very well arranged trip for our 2D/1N Machu Pichu hike from Cisco. Everything was pre-arranged. We had a great time during the hike. Our guide Jain Carlos was amazing and so was Darwin who arranged the trip.
