I had some problems with my order as customs is holding it back. However, the company has already issued me a refund and suggested ordering from their .eu webshop. I will do that and hopefully, the next bottle will arrive without any issues.

I bought This product They debit from my account but I never received the confirmation e-mail with the track number, so I read some comments about other people never received their purchases it makes me worry about been a scam, I sent e-mail to the support team but never get a reply so not sure about this company.

I have been taking the supplement for about 3 months and I guess that I am one of the few that misses the flush. I started on the new formula and realy liked the intensity of it. I wondered what had changed, so this forum has been very helpful, but either way, it is so much easier than taking the ingredients sepperatly as I was originally doing before. It's a great product and definitely worth using.

First, I must admit, I have not yet tried this product, as I always research what other customers have to say, about the product and the company. I gave 4 stars because of all of the positive ratings others have had with dealing with contacting the company. How quickly they responded and their attempt to give the most straight forward, and their honest transparency. There are so many scammers out there, preying on desperate seniors, claiming to have the, " miracle cures that can give you back the wrinkle-free, soft, beautiful skin you had in your 20's, reverse the damage from macular degeneration, or restore beautiful enamel to aging teeth, all related to aging, some directly related to familial, genetic predisposition! When their claims, and validating clinical research are investigated, and people who have used the product have been asked to rate the results, it becomes clear that they are scammers, selling, "snake oil". I do NOT see any of these types of questionable claims being made by this company. They have a combination of vitamins and health supplements that help the body remain healthier, fight cell damage and help the body rebuild healthy cells, faster. They have attempted to simplify what vitamins are supplements work the best, without spending too much of our hard earned retirement money, while keeping our bodies, and minds younger, as we age. They don't promise a, " magical fountain of youth", just help people to have the most useful, healthy body, through easy, common sense nutritional supplimentation, as we age! This is, definitely, something I am interested in adding to my health care regimine. My only suggestion would be, to definitely make sure people who are taking AEON, are made aware of any changes to the formula, as supplements, like niacin, (vitamin 3), can cause flushing and a hot, burning feeling under the skin, if it is not given in a controlled release form. While not harmful, it can be somewhat distressing if it is not listed as a side effect.

What could have been an awful experience turned into an excellent one due to care, great culture, ownership and a direct response from the CEO. I’ve been using Perpetua.Life’s Aeon NAD+ product for a while and recommended it to friends and family. I don’t know how much of the positive results I’ve seen are purely from Aeon because I improved my diet and activity at the same time, but overall my health and well being has improved since using it and I’m putting on more lean muscle mass than in my 20s.

It was a bit disappointing when my brother in law got a batch that caused an extreme flushing and skin inflaming response, and more so when I got one myself after they were supposed to be taken out of circulation.

I intended to cancel my subscription and not use their services again… I was cranky enough to demand a refund for my last bottle.

A prompt, open and sincere personal response from the CEO completely changed my feelings. His immediate response to help me feel heard and valued was more than fair and not something I see enough of.

Thanks to Michael and the team. Great product, better service, and I’m now keen to explore more of their offerings as a result of how they responded.

first time using it the first batch was fine so i bought the second bottle which it came today. i took 2 and road to gym but instead ended up at the hospital. with SUDDEN fever of 38.4 and rdness + rush + itching ! it was freaky. the fever passed about in half an hour after that redness and crazy itchness down the legs. hospital found nothing suggested that it may be a allergic reaction. i calmed down right away after i read the reviews here that the new formula had side effects. (this was after 40 minutes of freaking out
)
please change it back ! and do not do such big change before giving consumers UPDATE message or NOTE in the package !
everything lasted about 2 hours! hell of a day !

After a most uncomfortable 3days of itchy skin, flushing and overall reaction to the new formula, Perpetual Life reached out to me and sent me a new bottle of AEON and I'm feeling better.
Also, I appreciate the complimentary bottles of lions mane gummies, which are fantastic and beet gummies, again fantastic!

Hello, is there any way to avoid paying extra tax, I live in Denmark and the tax authorities have taken my package. Wh Rasmus

Just received a replacement order that’s back to the original non-flushing formula I love and trust.

It is great that the company is constantly thinking of how the formula can be improved, but there is a saying: If it ain't broken, don't fix it.

It was absolutely heart-wrenching to see a company with 5 star after 5 star review suddenly pulling in 1 star reviews due to messing with the formula which resulted in flushing.

My wife and I have been taking these for months however they reformulated without informing us. We took the tablets as normal but the new formulation caused a severe allergic reaction. So severe we had to call an ambulance (I’ve read other reviews on Amazon saying the same).

The reaction lasted over a day and still having after affects including extreme anxiety.

Was the scariest moment of our lives. The burning was so severe that we couldn’t cope, our pupils went tiny and our bodies felt like they were going into shock and felt worried that we may not make it. We are a healthy in mid 30s.

We reached out to customer service who were greatly concerned and kind.

I read on a different review that they’ve removed NMN and replaced it with B6.

I’ll start by saying I'm a first-time user to this entire subsection of supplements. After I took the first recommended dose of 2 caps on Tuesday (against my first instinct) I had something I felt was the worst reaction possible. I actually went to the toilet and tried to make myself vomit because I thought I may have to go to the hospital.

I wrote a long list of questions to the Contact US section on the site. I basically explained that I’ve never had allergic reaction in my life, am healthy with 18% body fat and exercise regularly and I wanted ANSWERS as to what caused this.

They actually responded within 2 hours which was great to explain the info about potential flushing etc which is on the website by the way. But by that time, I had already experienced the worst “Flushing” & took an entire Benadryl which made me feel horrible for the remainder of the day.

By day 2, I decided there were so many great reviews, that I had to take another shot at this with smaller doses. So, I started in in the morning with 1 Pill & Emptied into 4 quarters for the day (you may even try 5 or 6). During that day itself I already started noticing an elevated mood + sharper thinking and no side-effects. I had a great day, with a little extra energy boost. (I’d also recommend eating a meal or at least a snack to start)

I think the most important thing is for EVERYONE, is to listen to your body, then progressively increase to the 2 pills a day. For my personal experience, by the end of the 3rd day I was up to 2 caps (AM/PM) with absolutely no negative side-effects. I’ve also experienced an elevated mood, more energy & sharper thinking.

Everything above is not medical advice but only my personal experience, so do with it as you like!

I’ve been taking this product for six months and noticed a increase in my energy levels and a significant improvement in my wellbeing. I set out 6 months ago to lose, weight, fast and improve myself. After losing 35lbs (17kgs) since January this year I can honestly say that this product has been one I take along with apple cider (morning) and SPM. I feel great, I walk twice a day and my chronic asthma I’ve had since I was 18 months old has been decreasing. I realise it’s probably everything I’m doing but this product has been the constant in the last 6 months.

Goods were delayed for over two months until replced

My supplements from Perpetua arrived at my home in Australia within a week from then US.
Too soon to say the AEON combo works but having all the best ingredients for anti aging in a single supplement was sorely needed. I have noticed bruises and cuts from gardening etc activity healing quicker!
