I used Perpetua for about seven months on a USD 250 Plan, only to find out it doesn't work! Wasted so much money all for nothing I've some products with over 700 five-star reviews, and this software was useless in optimising that.

Please do not fall for their advertising, and don't get locked into their contract.
Absolute scam of a company.

They promise turnkey convenience and performance with the power of ai.

They were mediocre at best.

I used them for most of the year and they kept promising it would get better. No real control for sales or ongoing human interaction. I was paying $550/month btw. So I decide to cancel.

Then I find out about the predatory fine print. They lock you in for a FULL YEAR.

No other ppc management does this!

They make it impossible to get out of even if they’re no longer managing anything.

Crazy! I’m switching to Quartile and they have both a monthly cancel anytime policy and human + ai that actually works.

I used Perpetua for my clients at my Amazon service agency.

We used them for Editorial Recommendations.

The original ones were written with incorrect details. They hardly performed and didn't even show up on Amazon majority of the time, which is the whole purpose of using these, and proceeded to bill me for a service they never performed.

I had to follow up with AR in order try and clear things up and they're Sales and CS team went silent with helping me clear this up until AR roped them in.

Still having to deal with poor service and no results and them trying to get me to pay for invoices of a service never delivered upon.

I was a customer of Sellics, before they were bought out by Perpetua. I check Perpetua, and I was not convinced that they will be as good as Sellics, and they wanted to charge even more. As I already paid to Sellics for three months, I asked Perpetua for a refund of the unused time - around two months. Suffice to say that it has taken them MONTHS to issue a refund, and a stream of emails to whomever I was able to identify there to get it done. It transpired that SENIOR MANAGEMENT (CEO?) must give his personal approval for any refund!!

Also - it is worth checking their draconian terms. You can have a two months pilot, for which you have to pay in full, and if you decide to stay you MUST commit to another 10 months!

I can't say anything about their software performance, as I have not used it, but from what I learned it is very much a 'trust us, we know what we are doing' approach. It may work for some, but checking some of the reviews here shows that it does not work for them. Just BEWARE.

To finish on a positive note, some employees seemed to be genuinely interested in resolving my issue (Anna) but had no power to do much about it.

Perpetua was one of the worst Softwear I have ever tried! I stayed with them nearly a year, the Softwear doesn't work whatsoever, I switched from helium 10 to be on Perpetua, however it ruined my my growth and now I am out of pocket. if you are reading this do not buy this Softwear its not worth it ! they are so good at selling something that doesn't work.
I contacted my account manager and she said Oh sorry we are too busy to look at every account. Finally she found time to help and jacked everything up and cost me over $4000 with no sales!
STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS>

The customer support is great. They mislead you when you sign the contract and don't point out it's for a year. Well that wouldn't have mattered if their software worked.

Basically they ramp up spend to find out what keywords work and auto harvest campaigns for good keywords. Problem is their AI tools doesn't know most of the time what good keywords are initially so your spending a lot of money.

IF you do proper keyword research you most likely don't need tools like this.

We started in 2022 of April and was bind to 1 year contract. Communicated multiple times that we would like to refund the unused months since we didn't want to continue using and paying for it. However they still charge us a monthly base fee without the percentage of PPC spend. Very dissatisfied with the service and customer service. Would not recommend this software for PPC management tool.

Very good Amazon PPC Tool.

The PPC tool has helped our business significantly. We manage multiple accounts and Perpetua has really reduced the amount of time it takes to optimise each one of these accounts. The tool has also helped us to increase sales and improve efficiency on many of our accounts.

The Perpetua team are great at providing support and training to our team members.

Easy to use software.
Would recommended for any Amazon PPC users.

We've now been with Perpetua for around 18 months and we still continue to see improved performance in our PPC campaigns through both the learning of historical data it generates, as well as all the functionality the team continues to introduce. It has enabled us to use a Sponsored Display strategy that works (as without Perpetua it didn't), as well as launch products more effectively and with a much higher initial impact in the market. We would definitley recommend giving them a go.

perpetua is a very good service.
Because they have a good support system and are friendly and helpful.
In fact, we have been able to improve our ACoS by using perpetua.
If there is a point of improvement, it is the specification that the past ASIN remains when the sku configuration is changed. The past ASINs get in the way and make it difficult to update the target products of the ads. If operated properly, you may have a headache on how to operate.

Terrible system, if you already have your PPC setup and ranking. This system will destroy it once you start using it

One day Sellics software migrated our account to Perpetua and they charged around 250 USD with NO trial and NO agreement. Just charged and that's it.
And what an option left for us?
Yes, European small claims court.

Perpetua has merged with Sellics a few months ago, so they are asking all Sellics customers to come over to Perpetua by the end of 2022.

Overall, I was ok with Sellics and their AI PPC tool. It wasn't perfect, but it was ok. It was expensive, but the tool did its job.

But once they got bought out by Perpetua, the pricing changed from flat to 'flat & percentage of ad spend,' once you changed over to Perpetua. I didn't have a chance to test drive the new software.

Since I didn't agree with the pricing model of charging on % ad spend, I decided I need to look around.

The cancellation process does not exist, and it's all over chat. They don't take phone calls. The only number is a german number, and when you call, its just an automated greeting that is incapable of connecting to anyone alive. It just says to leave an email here and there.

Sellics/Perpetua, if your pricing model changed, to something fairer, I would have stayed. Your tool was ok. But after this fiasco, I just have a bad feeling in my mouth. BTW, all the great people I use to interact with at Sellics left after the merger/purchase, so another reason I didn't want to stay either.

Overall, I would say, I assume Perpetua as a PPC tools will prob work as well as Sellics. But, you definietly need to be ok with the company charging % ad spend. We are living in a world where Amazon PPC goes up every month, so the cost of Perpetua will go up too. They have no skin in the game whatsoever, and they are just basing the percentage on ad spend that will just go up every month, regardless how successful you are as a seller.

Their servers are not breaking extra sweat for having you spend more $$$ on the same keyword, but again, they are a business, and with any purchase, the new owners need to get their investment back.

Tread carefully, and be prepared to pay $$$ as time goes on!
