Very satisfied.

When I search for products online, most of the results are mega-corps like Amazon and Walmart. Instead, I support small businesses, so I seek out those companies' products to order from them directly. The keyboard I ordered from Perixx was better looking and less expensive than most. I like the keyboard's different backlit colors to choose from, the letters are big and easy to see, and the keys are nice and clicky! Exactly what I was looking for. There was good communication on the status of my order, with quick delivery. Very happy with this purchase. Thanks!

Perixx rocks! Quick shipping, good quality keyboards, great prices. I have 4 PERIBOARD-407s, one of which is >8 years old and still working great. Quality hasn't changed, and I'm sure I'll buy more in the future!

I like this Spanish Keyboard. It includes some other keys with convenience signs, but unable to use. We try different Spanish configurations that activate some keys and inactivate others. I need to know what is the correct Spanish version for an efective keyword use, or maybe if it needs a driver.

Amazing keyboard, amazing customer service.

I got an ergonomic keyboard for my wrist pains. The keyboard itself is likely the best keyboard I've ever had, the 835. Backlighting, mechanical, numpad and comfortable. At one point I accidentally pushed on the keyboard too hard by accident and broke the left leg. As it was in warranty they said they would send the replacement asap, just a few bits of information needed. 5stars

Abzocke: Perixx behauptet "Steuer enthalten" auf Website, verzollt aber nicht im Vorraus bei Versand in die Schweiz. Keinerlei Warnung dass 30% extra drauf kommen. Dabei sind die schweizer Preise ohnehin schon höher als die deutschen. Auf diesbezügliche Email wird rein ablitzend geantwortet. Kann man sich gleich sparen. Am besten nicht im Shop sondern über Amazon bestellen, da ist man sicherer vor Abzocke dieser Art.

Got what I ordered and it will actually exactly fit the Perixx PERIBOARD-332 Wired Backlit. It is best keyboard I have ever had so glad it will now be properly protected.

The dongle you sent me was sent in an unpadded envelope and was flattened and therefore unusable. The software I needed to use the dongle also would not load.

I bought the wireless cat keyboard and mouse set about 2 or 3 years ago, and I'm writing this review just to say that that thing is INDESTRUCTABLE.

I'm a very clumsy person. I've spilled entire glasses of water on it, dropped it, spilled food on it and it still works perfectly. It's also great for me and my small hands, it feels very neat to hold the mouse. Overall great product 👍

Almost zero after-sales support.

I purchased a brand new keyboard, brand new mouse, and brand new number pad. I wanted to support this small business.

My request for support was within their 12 month warranty period, and I did not even need warranty services. I only needed basic support. On their website they proudly claim to provide "Lifetime Customer Support" but then they just kept attempting a list of reasons to not honor that claim at all.

When I asked for a manager or supervisor, they then quickly stopped responding altogether.

Based on my experience, I would sadly say to avoid this company as they do not appear to me to be honest people.

Damaged dongle -- easily replaced!

They made it easy to order a new one, with clear directions that worked to pair with my equipment. I'm so glad I didn't have to buy new equipment.

PERIBOARD-329 - Wired Backlit Keyboard w/ Large Print Letters: This is my favorite keyboard. Couldn't find it in stock at usual big sellers so went direct. Worth it! The color options are fun. The keyboard itself is perfect. I like the raised keys and the limited key sound. Hope they continue this model for a long time. A+

one keyboards trackball worked fine with software on my switch. the other keyboard does not recognize the trackball.

Both the keyboard and mouse are just what the doctor ordered. I've never had a true ergonomic keyboard OR a verticle mouse but they are perfect. I thought the mouse would be difficult to adjust to but it just felt like I was shaking hands with someone. I like it already.

The key travel distance feels very deep, and after a laptop keyboard, is quite loud. The layout and elevations are excellent. It will take some getting used to.

Im Juli habe ich direkt bei Perixx ein mechanisches kabelgebundenes PERIBOARD-535 im Vollformat gekauft.
Die Lieferung erfolgte nach 2 Tagen. Ich war und bin mit dieser Tastatur sehr zufrieden. Es ist die
mit Abstand beste Tastatur, die ich je hatte. Ich bin Programmierer und schreibe sehr schnell und blind.
Meine Tastatur reist immer mit mir und ich benutze aus Prinzip keine fremden Tastaturen an anderen Computern,
denn Klobrillen sind hygienischer als Tastaturen.
Nach 2 Monaten fiel dann der gesamte Tastaturblock rechts von der Return-Taste intermittierend aus.
Das passierte ausgerechnet immer dann, wenn dringende Arbeiten zu erledigen waren. Eine einzige
Nachricht an den Support reichte aus und 2 Tage später erhielt ich eine originalverpackte Austauschtastatur.
Es gab keine Rückfragen, sondern nur eine Bestätigung, dass meine Tastatur wohl defekt sei und dass sich
eine neue Tastatur bereits auf dem Weg befände. Die neue Tastatur ist jetzt wirklich ein Traum.
Die Vertrauenswürdigkeit eines Lieferanten zeigt sich dann, wenn Probleme auftreten.
Hier hat sich Perixx vorbildlich verhalten und deshalb würde ich immer wieder bei Perixx bestellen.
Deswegen gibt es trotz des Fehlers volle 5 Sterne.
